Ever wondered how it is to be at the top of the world..?
Now the world but the world of which currently you are living in..
So today, This weekend I am sharing something special, something heavenly Himalayan Kind of post with you guys.
So here we begin, as in my earlier posts I was on an expedition to Mahili theel. So finally this post is about my journey form the last woods to Mahili Theel Campgrounds. Mahili Theel is also the first Basecamp to An ancient Pathway to Kangra Valley form Kullu Valley.
It was around 2 PM when we finally crossed our journey form The Last Woods! The Last woods which was the last tree line of this Mountain and after this The non Vegetational zone Begins!
A zone after which only the wild and harsh stuff grows.. Who has the true tendency in them to save and endure themselves from the harsh cold and freeing climate.
We were just few miles away form our destination guys. Mahili Theel was just at the back side of this heavenly tree-line paradise which could be seen in this picture.
The view that could be seen form this place was just so heavenly and scenic, The mysterious Kullu Valley could be seen easily from this place.
At this portion of the Trek the vegetation was kind of mixed form the type of vegetation that could be seen before reaching this portion of the trek.
The Mighty Peaks of Dhaula Dhar ranges were also visible form this place. Though we were so tired to even walk for more than a minute or two, But all our tiredness was lost just because of these heavenly peaks and their scenic beauty.
So finally we were about to reach at the top of this Shangchar Mountain and behind this The Magical Mahili Theel was situated.
We were finally at the top guys!!! A photograph of my gust who was accompanying me throughout this journey.
After visiting the top whatever what could be seen in front of us were these different types of plants, Which was covering up the whole pathway.
I didn’t had any idea that what were these plants called.. To which specie of plants do they belong too.. Do let me know guys if someone is familiar to them.. In the comments section..
These were the Last woods which were seen in this picture. This Jungle is the last one in this mountain guys. After this the whole vegetation was going to be changed as we were covering up the distance.
Fewer of the trees were getting older, Fewer of them were young, Fewer of them were still healthy, Fewer of them were even too weak to survive at this location.
The Pathway to The heavenly Paradise Mahili Theel.
As I looked back to the place from where we have come form. Just only the magical peaceful trail was seen. Seen from Miles and Miles Long.
These were the last trees of the Tree Line of this Shangchar Mountain. Isn’t it so weird for the nature to be so different! So Practical that after this place the Tree line ends.
Our destination was now clearly seen form this picture. At even step that we took increased our excitement guys. Excitement to be at the top of the World just all alone in the Palisade.!
We were not alone!
We were not alone guys!! Not at all!
As we reached at this place few of these wild Cows were gazing at this place. The green meadows and lush green grass over this vast mass of land what also a true paradise for them.
The vegetation at this place was containing few of the wild tough bushes who had the tolerance in them to mess up with the heavy snow and be covered up under the thick sheet of blanket of snow and ice form more that 6 months.
Fewer parts of these heavenly meadows were also covered up with these tiny lemon grass sort of grass that could be seen in this picture. It was really very soft to tough guys. These were like lemon grass but were half the size of them.
After walking for more than two and half hours we finally reached Mahili Theel Campgrounds.
The view that we could see was just this peaceful heavenly paradise of meadows on front of us.
This place was spotted as the best place for camping in this whole trek because of is safe location by the professional Hikers, who use to visit this place very often!
The first thing that we did when we reached out destination was, We had our lunch.. The heavenly stuffed Paranthas which I brought along with me for lunch.
Apart form this I even bought up this Home-made Pickle of Fern known as Lingdi.
