It seems that you are in a fairy tale or some fantasy movie or even stolen from a postcard, but it is not, this place is real and you can visit it in Lisbon Portugal is among one of the most beautiful gardens you get to visit in Lisbon, where you can find structures, caves, plants and architecture from different continents, plants and architectures of different continents, in addition to its rich history because many of the gardens in Portugal belonged to royalty years ago for that reason these gardens have palaces and other structures, the good thing is that today are tourist centers for its beauty and we can visit them. It is also an easy place to access, just take the train from Cais do Sodre to Cascais, get off at Belém and the garden is located near the station.

Parece que te encuentras en un cuento de hadas o alguna película de fantasías o incluso robado de una postal, pero no es así, este lugar es real y puedes visitarlo en Lisboa Portugal está entre uno de los jardines más hermosos que llegue a visitar de Lisboa, donde te puedes encontrar estructuras, cueva, plantas y arquitecturas de diferentes continentes, además de su rica historia porque muchos de los jardines en Portugal le pertenecieron a la realeza años atrás por ese motivo estos jardines tienen palacios y otras estructuras, lo bueno es que el día de hoy son centros turísticos por su belleza y podemos visitarlos.También es un lugar fácil de acceso, solo tienes que coger el tren de Cais do sodre a Cascais bajarte en Belém y el jardín se encuentra cerca de la estación.*

The botanical garden was created in 1906 thanks to the agronomist and veterinary organizations at that time gave by name colonial garden, but that garden of which we speak had a transfer of place, today is located next to the palace of Belém from 1912 to the present day since its founding until 1942 was used as study centers, but since 42 became a national agricultural museum until in the 70's because of the explorations outside the country, where in many of them tropical plants were brought from other countries to be investigated caused in the 90's the change of name to scientific center of tropical garden until the 2000's that made the garden as we know it today, ceased to be a center for scientific studies and became a garden under the care of the University of Lisbon, free entry to any tourist or resident on Sundays so you can appreciate the different plants around the world and beautiful structures.

El jardín botánico fue creado en 1906 gracias a las organizaciones agrónomas y veterinaria en aquel tiempo dieron por nombre jardín colonial, pero ese jardín del que hablamos tuvo una transferencia de lugar, al día de hoy se encuentra al lado del palacio de Belém desde 1912 hasta la actualidad desde su fundación hasta 1942 fue utilizado como centros de estudios, pero desde el 42 paso a ser un museo nacional agrícola hasta que en los años 70 por causa de las exploraciones fuera del país, donde en muchas de ellas se trajeron plantas tropicales de otros países para ser investigada provoco en los años 90 el cambio de nombre a centro científico de jardín tropical hasta que llego los años 2000 que hizo el jardín como lo conocemos hoy en día, dejo de ser centro de estudios científicos y se tornó un jardín al cuidado de la universidad de Lisboa, libre de entrada a cualquier turista o residente los domingos así pueda apreciar las diferentes plantas alrededor del mundo y hermosas estructuras.

When you enter the garden you will find the cave of the small lake which is composed of many plants that completely cover the cave. If it is not the plaque with the indication, you almost don't get to notice that you will find a small cave next to the small lake.

Al entrar al jardín te encontrarán con la cueva de lago pequeño que está compuesto con muchas plantas que cubriendo por completo la cueva. Si no es la placa con la indicación, casi no consigues notar que se encuentra una pequeña cueva al lado del pequeño lago.
ORIENTAL GARDEN.🏯
It is time to travel to Macao, that today we know it as part of China, located near Hong Kong, but did you know that it was a Portuguese colony from 1557 to 1999 that Portugal gave it to China, it is the last European colonies located in the east and to this day we can see the influence it had, as certain architectures, streets, and the language they speak are Portuguese influence, certainly a very interesting fact and for that reason we have this nice garden tribute, where it is composed of oriental architecture and plants.

JARDÍN ORIENTAL.🏯
Es momento de viajar a Macao, que el día de hoy lo conocemos parte de china, situado cerca de Hong Kong, pero sabías que era colonia portuguesa desde 1557 hasta 1999 que Portugal se lo entrego a China, se trata de las últimas colonias europeas situadas en el oriente y hasta el día de hoy podemos ver la influencia que tuvo, ya que ciertas arquitecturas, calles, y la lengua que hablan son influencia portuguesa, sin duda un dato muy interesante y por ese motivo tenemos de homenaje este lindo jardín, donde lo compone arquitecturas orientales y plantas.
PALACE OF THE CONDES DA CALHETA.🏰
Remember when I told you that many of the gardens were palaces where the kings used to live, well this garden was no exception, after passing the oriental garden, at the end we can appreciate this palace with a very nice garden that belonged to King D. João V in the XVII century.

Recuerdan cuando les comente que muchos de los jardines se encontraban palacios donde vivían antiguamente los reyes, bueno este jardín no fue la excepción, luego que pasamos el jardín oriental, al fondo del todo podemos apreciar este palacio con un jardín muy lindo que le perteneció al rey D. João V en el siglo XVII.
CACTUS STOVE.🌵
On one side of the garden you will find the cactus stove, where formerly there was a stove where there were varieties of types of succulents and cacti, now as it ceased to be a scientific center you can enjoy visiting and meet the cacti and succulents that are and take some beautiful pictures of the ancient architecture that were taken by nature, was one of my favorite places in this place.

ESTUFA DOS CATOS.🌵
A un lado del jardín te encontrarás la estufa de los cactus, donde antiguamente existía una estufa donde se encontraban variedades de tipos de suculentas y cactus, actualmente como dejo de ser un centro científico puedes disfrutar en visitar y conocer los cactus y suculentas que se encuentran y tomar unas hermosas fotografías de las antiguas arquitecturas que fueron tomadas por la naturaleza, fue uno de mis lugares favoritos de este lugar.
ANIMAL SPACE.🦆
Don't be confused by this title, external animals, with the exception of therapy or guide dogs, are not allowed to enter, as many animals already live here in peace, such as ducks, peacocks, other types of birds, and even cats, but they were all very polite and adorable, especially the cat who gave me a funny picture of him on my back.

ESPACIO DE ANIMALES.🦆
Que este título no te confunda, los animales externos, a excepción de los perros de terapia o guías, no está permitido la entrada, pues aquí ya habitan muchos animales en paz, como patos, pavo reales, otros tipos de aves, e incluso gatos, pero todos fueron muy educados y adorables, sobre todo el gato que me brindo una graciosa foto de él en mi espalda.
PICNIC AREA.🥪
Also in the garden you can find a huge lake perfect for a picnic. It has many benches with a view of the ducks swimming and the plants. After a long walk I was able to rest my legs with this beautiful view.

ZONA DE PÍCNIC.🥪
También en el jardín te puedes encontrar un lago enorme perfecto para hacer un pichi. Tiene bastantes bancos con vista a los patos nadando y las plantas. Luego de una larga caminata logre descansar mis piernas con esa linda vista.
In the first two photos it is an old mineral studio building that is no longer in operation. In the garden you will also find art. These busts were sculpted with cement inspired by African people in colonial times. The artist was Manuel de Oliveira from 1939 to 1940.

En las dos primeras fotos se trata de un antiguo edificio de estudios de mineral que actualmente ya no se encuentra en funcionamiento. En el jardín también te encontrarás con arte. Estos bustos fueron esculpidos con cemento a inspiración a personas africanas en la época colonial. El artista fue Manuel de Oliveira de 1939 a 1940.
