Hello.
I'm traveler

In February 2015, I took a flight from London's suburban Luton to Iceland's Reykjavik on Easyjet, Europe's leading low-cost airlines.
I think the price of the plane was about 80 USD for one way. If you buy a ticket in advance, you can move it cheaper.
I traveled to Iceland eating snacks from the Lounge at Luton Airport. It was my first time in Iceland, so I was very excited and excited. Moreover, it was winter when we could see the northern light!
The baby next to her cried so much that the Icelandic woman, her mother, had to sweat to calm her down. Time flew by as I was acting cute to the baby next to me.
I can already feel the cold outside the window. It's all white. The winters in Iceland are usually this blue. This is because it was hard to see bright sunlight due to snowstorms.
When you arrive at Keflavik Airport, you have to take the airport bus to Reykjavik. There were 'Flybus' and 'Grayline', both offers free-wifi. The cost were cheaper to book online in advance.
The arrival points in downtown Reykjavik were different. One stops at the Reykjavik Intercity Bus Terminal and the other at the City Public Bus Terminal. Please check carefully before you get on.
The current location(light blue mark) shown on the map above is the city public bus terminal, and the intercity bus terminal is painted pink area at the bottom of the Hallgrimskirkja church.
The first night in Iceland, I used couchsurfing. The person who decided to host me, was Joshep from Brazil.
When I arrived, He said, he would make a delicious dinner and took cod, a fish out! I heard cod was cheaper in Iceland, where prices are high.
I was wondering how much it was, and I checked the price tag and it's 832 crones! At that time, so it's about 7 USD. It's not cheap at all! If it's that size of cod in Poland, I can buy it for 2~3 USD.
Anyway, Joseph put oil on a heated pan and cooked onions and ginger first.
And boiled potatoes on one side.
Put minced garlic and cod on a pan and cooked. Wow, it looked very appetizing!
Dinner has done! Spinach, tomato, cheese, potato, cod and pickled beat. It was so delicious that I wanted to ask for more after eating it all.
The dessert was hot lemon ginger tea. The winter in Iceland was really cold. It's colder than I imagined. So I loved to feel this warm tea coming back from my neck and spreading all over my body.
When Joseph was cooking in the kitchen, there were a few things that were eye-catching.
This tool is for making mince garlic. There's a finger hole on one side, so it's very convenient to grab and grind garlic. By the way, it dosn't sell it in a regular mart, I found it only at Reykjavik Airport, and it cost was about 26 USD. When I tried to buy it online, it was similar or more expensive. If you have this, it would be very convenient when cooking.
Another thing that caught my eye was that when I washed the dishes, I used this instead of a sponge. I've never felt this before. It was surprisingly convenient. There's less risk of detergent in your hands. Of course, it would be good to use a sponge if you have oil stain.
Anyway, Joseph wrote 'Boa Sorte, Amigo!' in Portuguese on my travel t-shirt. It means 'Good luck, friend'.
He asked me to wait a minute, and he left me another commemorative photo. I will go on a trip to Iceland by hitchhiking from the next day. I was thinking about moving by bus, but Joseph said hitchhiking would be good because there were many kind locals in Iceland.
