Hey Travelers,
we arrived here on Koh Phangan a short time ago and stayed at the Haad Yao Bay View Hotel. A slightly larger hotel / bungalow complex with an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. The hotel rooms are very spacious, offers space and a balcony for evening sun hours.

wir sind vor kurzer Zeit hier auf Koh Phangan angekommen und sind im Haad Yao Bay View Hotel untergekommen. Eine etwas größere Hotel/Bungalow Anlage mit einer unglaublich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr geräumig, bietet Platz und ein Balkon für abendliche Sonnenstunden.
The hotel complex has a pool next to the restaurant, several lounge chairs directly on the sea and a small cocktail bar on the beach gives the stay a fresh cooling. The coconuts are a must-try.
The food in the restaurant is varied, from Thai cuisine to pizza and fish, everything is available on the menu.
One minus point is unfortunately for the availability of ice cream - I love ice cream and no place along the beach offered me a banana split because they had no more ice cream.
Die Hotelanlage besitzt einen Pool neben dem Restaurant, mehrere Liegemöglichkeiten direkt am Meer und eine kleine CocktailBar am Strand gibt dem Aufenthalt eine frische Abkühlung. Unbedingt zu probieren sind die Kokosnüsse.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist vielfältig, von thailändischer Küche über Pizza bis hin zum Fisch ist alles auf der Speisekarte erhältlich.
Ein Minuspunkt gibt es leider für die Verfügbarkeit von Ice-Cream - ich liebe Ice-Cream und keine Lokalität am Strand entlang bot mir ein BananaSplit weil sie kein Eis mehr hatten.

At the lower part of the facility are two massage rooms with a wide range of massages. Two stores with food and of course beer :) round off the area well next to a scooter rental. The direct access to the sea is a super highlight and you can walk from here along the entire beach. (approx. 15min walk)
Am unteren Bereich der Anlage befinden sich zwei Massage-Räume mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl an Massagen. Zwei Shops mit Lebensmitteln und natürlich auch Bier :) runden neben einer Scooter-Vermietung die Area gut ab. Der direkt Zugang zum Meer ist ein Super-Highlight und man kann von hier aus den kompletten Strand entlang laufen. (ca. 15min walk)
Everywhere on the beach are small bungalow complexes with bars in the direction of the sea. The one or other beer in the evening rounds off a trip to Koh Phangan and remains in memory.
Überall am Strand sind kleine Bungalow Anlagen mit Bars in Richtung Meer. Das ein oder andere Bierchen am Abend rundet einen Trip nach Koh Phangan ab und bleibt in Erinnerung.
Our 5 friends from Reno we have already met in Bangkok are also on Koh Phangan at the other end of the beach. A few beers and nice talks rounded off the first evening on Koh Phangan.

Unsere 5 Freunde aus Reno die wir bereits in Bangkok kennengelernt haben sind ebenfalls auf Koh Phangan am anderen Ende des Strands einquartiert. Ein paar Bier und nette Talks rundeten den ersten Abend auf Koh Phangan ab.
