Right on the edge of the Kala Temu tourist destination,we will find a river that flows slowly,the water is cool and very clean, reflecting the beauty of the light that can be directly enjoyed by our eyes. I don't know the name of this river, but this river is one of the quite famous whitewater rafting routes in the city of Takengon and we can call it the Lukup Badak whitewater rafting. According to information I got from local residents, the water in this river comes directly from the fresh sea, so it makes perfect sense. If anyone asks, is it okay to swim in this river.? The answer is of course yes, in fact, several times I visited this place I always found small children swimming in this river, especially local residents.
This river is located right next to Kala Temu Park and Kala Nami Park, so when we are in the park we can not only enjoy everything that the park has to offer but we can also see and feel the calm of the water flowing slowly in this river, hearing the sound of splashing water is a calm that cannot be expressed in words.
Anyone can see this beautiful view, whether they're passing by on the main road or for people who are in Kala Temu park. Although the river water is crystal clear, visitors are strongly advised not to swim, especially those who can't swim,we cannot predict how deep this river is and where its deepest points are,so we can simply observe and enjoy its beauty,however if you can swim, please do so.
The natural atmosphere around this river is also still very natural, we can see the vast savannah, rice fields and towering mountains behind it, we can also meet many farmers or cattle breeders there, the point is that holidays are not only about how we can get satisfaction and happiness, but we also have to be able to use the time to see, assess, learn every new thing that we get from the holiday (in my opinion)
And from the three photos above, we can see the distance between the Kala Tamu park area and the river,isn't that very close.?
Along the riverbank, there are also many chairs and tables so visitors can sit and relax while enjoying this beautiful natural scenery, plus several ornamental plants and colorful flowers that decorate the park area.
I don't need to imagine it anymore because I've tried it, I immediately felt satisfaction and happiness at that time, when my partner and I sat on a chair on the riverbank, enjoying local culinary delights plus a cup of coffee, while relaxing I could also see the beautiful natural scenery in front of my eyes, what was even more interesting was that on the riverbank various colorful flowers had been planted and it was a view full of color.
In this park there are many kinds of colorful flowers, but of the many flowers I only know a few flowers, such as roses and zinnias.
