Yesterday was a bright Easter holiday in my Ukraine! On the occasion of all relatives, acquaintances and all Ukrainians, congratulations on Easter! Although today is a difficult time for my Ukraine, even though all our land is on fire from the bloody war that has ignited our lying neighbors, nothing will stop us from being happy. Because Christ is risen and our native Ukraine will be resurrected!

Вчора було у моїй Україні світле свято Великодня! З нагоди всіх родичів, знайомих і всіх українців вітаю з Паскою Господньою! Хоч сьогодні важкий час для моєї України, хоч вся наша земля у вогні кривавої війни, що розпалили наші брехливі сусіди, ніщо не перешкодить нам бути радісними. Бо Христос воскрес і таки воскресне наша рідна Україна!

This year we celebrate Easter together in Poland. In the morning we prayed for peace and tranquility in Ukraine, for our soldiers who are defending our lands from the fierce Russian. We decided to celebrate this day on a short trip, rather than sitting at a table full of snacks. Because it is a spiritual holiday!
We gathered some food, brewed coffee in a thermos, took mineral water and set off on our Matiz.

Цього року ми святкуємо Паску разом в Польщі. Зранку ми помолилися за мир і спокій в Україні, за наших воїнів, що захищають наші землі від лютого московита. Ми вирішили відсвяткувати цей день в невеликій мандрівці, а не сидячи за столом, заставленим наїдками. Бо ж свято духовне!
Ми зібрали трохи їди, запарили в термосі каву, взяли мінеральної води і на своєму Матізі вирушили в дорогу.
I looked out the window at the amazing scenery. We drove along a winding road then up then sharply down. After all, my daughter and grandson and I are in the Małopolskie Voivodeship among the mountains. The villages are located in valleys and on mountain slopes. Beautiful two-story houses with red metal roofs create beautiful paintings.
Через вікно я споглядала дивовижні краєвиди. Ми їхали звивистою дорогою то вверх то різко вниз. Адже я з дочкою і внуком перебуваємо в Малопольському воєвудстві серед гір. Села розташовані в долинах та на гірських схилах. Гарні двоповерхові будиночки з червоними дахами з металочерепиці створюють чудові картини.
We were going to the town of Novy Visnych, which is 30 kilometers from the town of Limanov, where my daughter and grandson now live. We wanted to see the castle of the magnates Kmitov and Lubomyrsky. This castle is a true example of medieval architecture. It was built in the XIV century in the early Baroque style at the initiative of the magnates of the Kmits. In the 16th century the castle was rebuilt and supplemented with new extensions during the time of the magnate Stanislaw Lubomyrski.
Ми направлялися в містечко Новий Вісьнич що знаходиться за 30 кілометрів від міста Ліманова, де зараз живе моя дочка з внуком. Ми хотіли побачити замок магнатів Кмітів і Любомирських. Цей замок є справжнім взірцем архітектури середньовіччя. Він був збудований в XIV столітті в ранньому барокковому стилі за ініціативою магнатів Кмітів. В XVI столітті замок перебудовували і доповнювали новими прибудовами за часів магната Станіслава Любомирського.
The castle is located on a high mountain. It can be seen from all over the city. The castle was originally the residence of Polish magnates, and later became a defensive bastion. The castle is surrounded by a high stone wall. A stone bridge leads to the castle. Near the bridge grows an old rotten tree with a huge hollow. This tree keeps many secrets of this place.
Замок знаходиться на високій горі. Його видно з усього міста. Замок спочатку був резиденцію польських магнатів, а пізніше став оборонним бастіоном. Замок оточений височезним кам'яним муром. До замку веде кам'яний міст. Біля мосту росте старе трухляве дерево з величезним дуплом. Це дерево зберігає безліч таємниць цієї місцини.
After taking photos, we crossed the wide bridge and entered the castle through the gate. The gate is beautifully decorated and we already understand that we are waiting for an interesting tour inside the castle. We bought tickets that cost us all 50 zlotys and went to find our guide.
Зробивши фотографії, ми перейшли через широкий міст і через браму зайшли на територію замку. Брама гарно оздоблена і ми вже розуміємо, що нас чекає цікава екскурсія всередині замку. Ми купили квитки, які коштували для нас всіх 50 злотих і пішли щоб знайти нашого гіда.
The castle is built of stone. And as I learned from the story of our guide, almost did not suffer destruction during its existence. Only in 1831, after a huge fire, wooden parts of the castle, such as beams, floors, interior decoration were completely destroyed by fire. Restoration of the castle began after the end of World War II in 1949.

We moved from one hall to another and admired the lush interior. Elegant armchairs, mirrors made in Venice, handmade carpets, furniture in the rich Baroque style, many portraits of the nobility who lived in the castle. All this makes an unforgettable impression and makes it possible to understand the lifestyle of the magnates of that time.
Ми переходили з однієї зали в іншу і любувалися пишним інтер'єром. Шикарні фотелі, дзеркала, зроблені у Венеції, килими ручної роботи, меблі у багатому барокковому стилі, безліч портретів знаті, що мешкали в замку. Це все справляє незабутнє враження і дає змогу зрозуміти стиль життя тодішніх магнатів.
The tapestry hanging on the wall in the hall where the nobility dined reflects a picture of Stanislav Lubomyrsky's hunt. I especially liked it.
Гобелен, що висить на стіні в залі, де обідала знать відображає картину полювання Станіслава Любомирського. Мені він особливо сподобався.
In one of the halls was exhibited a wonderful collection of clothes of that time. Lush dresses with expensive ornaments made of expensive fabric. Also men's suits. I immediately imagined the magnificent balls and how couples dance the rondo in the largest of the halls of the castle.

The door frames are made of marble and are authentic. Beautifully carved doors on both sides are decorated with frescoes. The paintings depict one of Lubomyr's magnates, Friedrich August.

I saw this bust of the most powerful of the Lubomyrsky dynasty, Stanislav. Confident look, the face of a noble man is open. A half-smile froze in the corners of his mouth, covered with a thick long mustache.
The coat of arms of the Lubomyrsky dynasty shows a lion without a crown at the top. In the center is a symbolic image of the river in the form of an inverted Latin letter S. On the sides are two hunting horns with bells.
Я побачила це погруддя наймогутнішого із династії Любомирських, Станіслава. Впевнений погляд, обличчя шляхетного чоловіка відкрите. В кутиках рота застигла напівусмішка, прикрита густими довгими вусами.
На гербі династії Любомирських видно лева без корони вгорі. В центрі символічне зображення річки у вигляді перевернутої латинської букви S. По боках розташовуються два мисливські роги з дзвіночками.
The group and I went to the kitchen, where we saw a variety of cooking utensils. All pans and utensils are made of bronze or copper. These are bowls for making jams. These are forms for baking delicious sweet treats. This is a vessel for roasting fish. We got acquainted with the medieval apparatus for making strong alcohol. The guide explained to us that alcohol was sipped for medical purposes, and drank a lot of wine and beer. Huge beer mugs were also shown to us. A noteworthy set for brewing coffee.
Ми з групою перейшли до приміщення кухні, де ми побачили різноманітний посуд для приготування їжі. Всі каструлі і приладдя виготовлені з бронзи або міді. Це і миски для готування конфітюрів. Це і форми для випікання смачних солодких ласощів. Це і посудина для запікання риби. Ми ознайомились з середньовічним апаратом для виготовлення міцного алкоголю. Гід пояснила нам, що алкоголь виглтовляли з медичною ціллю, а пили дуже багато вина і пива. Величезні кубки для пива також були нам продемонстровані. Вартий уваги набір для запарювання кави.
Although it was raining and the sky was thick with clouds, I couldn't help but go out on the big terrace to look at the town from a height and take some pictures.
Хоч падав дощ і небо затягнуло хмарами, я не втрималась і вийшла на велику терасу щоб подивитись на містечко з висоти і зробити кілька фотографій.
The castle has the shape of a square with four towers at the corners. In the middle there is a courtyard. During the time of the Lubomyr magnates, various events, performances, and concerts took place in this dvlri. The nobility watched these actions while standing on the balconies.
Замок має форму квадрата з чотирма баштами по кутах. Посередині є внутрішній двір. За часів магнатів Любомирських у цьому двлрі проходили різні імпрези, вистави, концерти. Знать дивилась ці дійства, стоячи на балконах.
As I wrote, the castle was gradually rebuilt. This is how the church was built. During the fire, the decoration was destroyed. All that remained was a beautiful stucco on the ceiling.
Як я писала, замок поступово перебудовувався. Так була прибудована церква. За часів пожежі оздоблення було знищене. Залишилася лише прекрасна ліпнина на стелі.
Our tour inside the castle came to an end, we thanked our guide for a meaningful story. We were able to go outside to see the castle from the outside. The castle has a different look on each side. In my opinion, this is due to the fact that the towers have different shapes. We were photographed against the backdrop of castle walls and towers and could see the grandeur of the building relative to our height.
Наша екскурсія всередині замку підійшла до кінця, ми подякували нашому гіду за змістовну розповідь. Ми змогли вийти надвір щоб самостійно оглянути замок зовні. З кожної сторони замок має інший вигляд. На мою думку це завдяки тому, що башти мають різну форму. Ми фотографувалися на фоні замкових стін та башт і могли побачити велич будівлі відносно нашого зросту.
We walked around the castle. Saw ancient guns and cannons. Huge stone walls served as additional protection for the castle. Also behind the wall is a defensive moat. Ancient old oaks grow above the wall, guarding the castle like warriors.
Ми обійшли замок навколо. Побачили старовинні пушки і гармати. Величезні кам'яні мури служили додатковим захистом для замку. Також за стіною знаходиться оборонний рів. Над муром ростуть старовинні старі дуби, що як воїни стоять на охороні замку.
We enthusiastically inspected the castle courtyard and went to see the town of Novy Visnych. We saw the street where the houses were located, which were so different in shape and color. It reminded me of Italy, the island of Burano. The sky emphasized this beautiful picture.
Ми з захопленням оглянули подвір'я замку і вирушили подивитись місто Новий Вісьнич. Ми побачили вулицю, де розташувалися будиночки які були такі різні за своєю формою і кольором. Це нагадало мені Італію, острів Бурано. Небо підкреслювало цю красиву картину.
We visited the military cemetery, where the victims of the First and Second World Wars are buried. And also stuck in the concentration camp, which was established in the building of the former monastery. The names of all the buried are written on black marble columns. It is good that the memory of the dead lives on today.
Ми відвідали військовий цвинтар, де поховано загиблих у першій та другій світових війнах. А також загаблим у концентраційному таборі, що був створений в будівлі колишнього монастиря. Імена всіх похованих записані на чорних мармурових стовпах. Добре, що пам'ять про загиблих живе і до нині.
The church, built in the 16th century on the initiative of Stanislaw Lubomyrski, houses a painting by Jan Matejko, "The Resurrection of Lazarus."
В костелі , що побудований в XVI столітті з ініціативи Станіслава Любомирського знаходиться картина Яна Матейка ,,Воскресіння Лазаря". Але два рази обійшли храм але картини не знайшли. Подумали, що може десь на реставрації.
The beautiful city of Novy Visnych has a beautiful Market Square. The city council building attracts attention. A large clock tower that tells us it's time to go home slowly. We ate a portion of delicious ice cream, bought a loaf of bread and left.

Чудове місто Новий Вісьніч має гарну площу Ринок. Будівля міської ради привертає увагу. Велика башта з годинником, що підказує, що нам пора потихенько збиратися додому. Ми з'їли по порції смачного морозива, купили буханець хліба і поїхали.
