Can we still call it travelling even if we used our feet to get to our destination? Another thing, can we still call it traveling, coz it's not just we travel by foot but also we walk for like 20 minutes only to get in there 👇
Last night, Mom inform me that we need to go to the bank because it's been a year already since the last time she make a transaction in her bank account. Of course who am I to say No, I said yes and then this morning we go on our way to the Rural Bank.
We only have one Bank in our Barangay and it's called Rural Bank of Bansud. It's actually just close to our House. If we will use a tricycle to get there it will take only 5 minutes. But, Mom decided that we will just walk to get there. I'm okay with it as I can exercise my legs again.
To be honest, I don't really go outside if it's not necessary as in I only go if I have to or if Mom ask me to run some errand. So that little travel of us is good for me coz I can see the outside world again, lol. I'm so exaggerating everything here, lol. But that's the truth, lol.
Now up we go. We been walking for 5 minutes already when we reach that road. We need to make a stop as Mom easily feel exhausted even though we are walking like our internet, too slow. I am so tempted to scold her coz she doesn't really exercise and when she wake up in the morning the first thing that she will hodl is her smartphone, aigooo.
Anyways a litt backstory Mom had a stroke before and her legs is not as strong like before. So, she really need something that she can hodl whenever we will go to a slightly far away places. But she don't want a Cane, she don't want to use that maybe she is thinking that she's still young, lol. She don't use a Cane and that is where I will enter. I mean my role. I am her Human Cane.
I am so okay with that, she can hodl at me and I will gladly hodl her hand. That's what we're doing while going to our destination. And once we reach this place where she have something to hodl, she let go of my hand and try to walk again on her own. She can do that but there are really times that her legs will get like jelly o so, I am just here always to the rescue.
Okay, back to our little adventure. While walking I saw again our school when I was just in grade school. I can't help but to remember those time that I spent with my classmates. In this particular spot playing Patintero and Volleyball. I also remember the time that we're not yet even starting the first subject but the money that meant to be for my snack is already gone, lol.
And look how beautiful this place has become after so many years. It was more developed and those little plants is not there before but now, there's a lot of change and it's a beautiful change for the incoming student of this Elementary School.
You know what I love on my former school? It is when they continue to grow more trees on it's surrounding. Some of these tree are really old already. Some were just a new one, I can still remember some of them. There are trees that was already fell during typhoon but there are still some that standing there mightily.
Just like this one, this is really an old tree. How many riders and commuter these trees has helped with scorching hotness of Mr. Sunny. There's a lot including me. I also love to walk here whenever I will go home during college days. Those were the days. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
And we're finally here in the Rural Bank. This is what you can see if you look that way. That's actually our Plaza de Bansud or a Park. You can have a date with your family, boyfriend or girlfriend or even your mistress there. It's a good place for the youngs too as we have a little playground there.
Sadly, I didn't had the chance to take a picture of that place. Maybe I will do that soon. Once I decided to go out on my room again. I will give you a tour
And before I end it let me share a picture of my Mommybels. 🥰
