You don't always need a plan, just go.
Today let me share my unplanned tour of a famous garden in Cebu, the Sirao Garden. This was actually my third time visiting this place. In my previous blog, I already toured you around the garden virtually. However, let me share to you the beauty of this garden again and the flowers being planted recently as well as the structures that are being built.
As I have mentioned, this tour was unplanned. At around 2 in the afternoon, while we were relaxing on the balcony, my college friend arrived at our house and I was so surprised. We haven't seen each other for a long time since college and it's good to see her unexpectedly. She asked me if I could take her to Sirao garden and I said yes.
I dressed up and was ready to go. The weather was nice so I got my key and drove on the way to the garden which is just next to our village. While traveling, we stopped for a while and I asked Rex to take a picture of me. The view from here is picture-perfect. I could say that I am lucky to be living in a place that is so peaceful and relaxing.
The last time I traveled to other places in Cebu was last year so I wasn't able to update my travel blog here. It's good that a friend from college came so I can also take a moment to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden. Recently, I have been busy with my teaching job and job on the farm so I don't have a lot of time to travel to some tourist spots here in Cebu, and going to Sirao Graden was not part of my plan that day.
We arrived in the garden and the fee was 100 pesos. I saw a lot of new picture spots there. There were more beautiful flowers surrounding us too.
BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS OF SIRAO GARDEN
I saw some lavender plants. It was my first time seeing such kinds of flowers. There were a lot of them and they looked so pretty.
I saw sunflowers, begonias, spider flowers, dahlias, mayana varieties, and a lot more!
There were some changes as well from the last time I visited the garden. The stairs are already well arranged and colorful walls have been added to make the place more attractive.
I saw the colorful stones piling up.
Look at this gigantic hand here where you can climb the stairs and have a beautiful picture for your next Instagram post. When I was at the top, I saw the view of the beautiful mountains.
After touring around the garden, we bid goodbye to my college classmate. She told me that she was having a great time and would love to come back soon. It was indeed a great day!
Thank you for reading our post. Please follow us for more garden tour and more.
Have a nice day!
