It's good to be back!
A month ago, my cousin Nisyl came back to the Philippines after 3 years of working overseas. She will be staying here for a month because she will be working back to Taiwan for another 3 years so to make her stay more wonderful, we planned to tour her around the famous places in Cebu.
ALEJANDRA'S FLOWER GARDEN
In my first article, I already showed you this beautiful place and today let me share again this amazing tourist destination with my cousins. Let's tour around the famous flower garden in Cebu, Buwakan ni Alejandra. I always love going to places like this. Although this was my second time here, I was still so excited and happy. It was also more enjoyable to be with my cousin after 3 long years of not seeing each other.
At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, my cousins and I drove our scooters to Gaas, Balamban. It took us 20 minutes to arrive since we are living just next to Balamban. If you are coming from the city center, it will take you about 1-2 hours to reach the place. There were many vehicles passing the trancentral highway since it was a weekend so we had to be extra careful.
Once we arrived, we parked and paid 100 pesos each for the entrance fee. The last time I went to this garden, the fee was only 70 pesos but now they changed it to 100 pesos which is a bit expensive for me. Maybe because it is already peak season. Summer is here!
After paying, staff collected our tickets near the main entrance.
PLACES TO EXPLORE IN THE GARDEN
Our virtual tour starts here! The first thing that we saw when we entered the garden was this place. Looks so beautiful!
This place is quite unique. We were like in the middle of the forest surrounded with vines above us.
Below is one of my favorite part. The arches were surrounded with colorful plants that are called Mayana varieties.
Before going down, we must pass this heart-shaped structure with plants around it. This connects to the rainbow bridge.
Then, we walked into the rainbow bridge and saw the 360 view of the whole garden.
After enjoying ourselves with the view of the whole place in the rainbow bridge, we went down to the place where we saw a lot of Hydrangeas.
Located in the bottom part of the garden, you will see this stunning structure. Looks like a movie set for fiction stories.
Let me show you the beautiful flowers around this garden!
It was so nice to be surrounded with kaleidoscopic plants.
Look at these beautiful Marigold flowers. These flowers were so beautiful with their yellow and orange colors. Marigolds prefer fertile soil, preferably loose and loamy with adequate drainage. They can tolerate sunny weather.
I saw these beautiful flowers too. Do you know their name? Comment below if you do.
Indeed, we were amazed of the place since a lot has been changed beautifully. There were more flowers and places to explore. They also have a restaurant overlooking the view of the whole garden.
