Rain and tea - they work great wonders for me. Today, I am in Jamshedpur – the city named after Jamsetji Tata, founder of the Tata Group. The city is famous as one of the first planned industrial city of India.
We are three trainers, travelling to Jamshedpur for training the coaches at Tata Steel Foundation. Two of us are tea lovers. We found a Tapari (Tea stall in the street). We automatically ordered 3 cups of tea and then our 3rd member of the group said, “I do not like tea.” When someone says I don’t like tea, as a tea lover, it hurts knowing how someone can dislike tea. With heavy heart, we then corrected ourselves and ordered two cups of tea. Tea, here, is served in Kulhad (Clay Cups), and is very tasty. Although it took us 5 minutes from our hotel, we wonder why would we not walk even 5 km to have tea. Tea lovers can talk about tea for hours, and can refresh old memories. We had great tea time.
How well did the safeguarding training go, I would talk someday later.
I wish I can post everyday here but due to my Hive Reputation, I wait and post when it allows me to do so.
