We went to Eliberta Spring Resort located in Zamboanga. It was such an exciting trip because i was with my siblings. As soon as we arrived i was amazed by how beautiful the place is. It is surrounded by so many tall trees and green plants. The air feels so fresh and cool even before you touch the water. It really feels like you are in the middle of nature far away from the busy city.
The first thing i noticed was the water. Oh my goodness the water is so cold! It is not just a little bit cold, it is extremely cold. When i dipped my feet in i immediately shivered. It feels like ice water coming straight from the ground. It is the kind of cold that wakes you up instantly. Even though it was hot outside the water stayed so cold and refreshing the whole time we were there.
Being with my brothers and sisters made everything so much fun. We were all laughing and shouting because of the cold water. At first nobody wanted to jump in first because it was too freezing! We were teasing each other pushing one another playfully just to see who would go in first. The atmosphere was full of joy and noise exactly how family bonding should be.
The resort has these amazing man made waterfalls. The water flows down smoothly and looks so pretty. The pools are big and clean and you can see the water clearly. The design of the place is really nice because it looks natural. It does not look like a fake pool it blends perfectly with the trees and rocks around it. Every corner is beautiful and perfect for taking pictures.
We spent a lot of time swimming and just soaking in the water. Even though it was super cold it felt so good on our skin. It made us feel so alive and awake. We swam together from one side to the other. Sometimes we would just float and relax looking up at the trees above us. The sound of the water flowing is very relaxing and peaceful to listen to.
There are also nice spots where you can sit and rest. They have tables and benches made to look like big tree stumps. They are very unique and fit the vibe of the place. When we got tired from swimming we sat there to dry off a bit and catch our breath. It was nice to just sit down talk and watch other people enjoying the water too.
The whole place is very green and shady because of the big trees. You don’t feel the heat of the sun too much because the leaves cover you. It feels comfortable staying there the whole day. The environment is very clean and well maintained. You can really see that they take good care of the resort so that visitors will enjoy and come back again.
We did so many silly things together. We were splashing water at each other and playing around. My siblings and i created so many happy memories that day. It is moments like this that i will never forget. Even though the water was freezing cold our hearts were warm because we were together and having a great time.
The water is really the star of the show here. It is famous for being very cold and it is true! It is the kind of cold that stays in your body even after you get out. It feels so refreshing and it really takes away the tiredness. If you love cold spring water this place is definitely a paradise for you. It is one of the coolest places I have ever been to.
Zamboanga has so many beautiful places, and Eliberta Spring Resort is definitely one of them. It is a perfect destination for family outings or trips with friends. The combination of the beautiful nature, the clean pools and the super cold water is just perfect. We enjoyed every single second of our stay there and we did not want to leave yet.
When it was time to go home we were all tired but very happy. Our bodies felt refreshed and relaxed. Going to Eliberta Spring Resort with my siblings was an awesome experience. If you are planning to travel you should definitely visit here. It is cold it is beautiful and it is a place full of good vibes and happy memories.
