Namaste everyone.
Today i’ll be sharing another magical abode of Lord Shiv with you guys which is the Jyotirlinga temple in Ujjain , Madhya Pradesh. It one of the 12 Jyotirlingas and also it is one of the main tourist attraction of Ujjain . It has to be one of the calmest and peaceful temple that i have visited.
The Jyotirlingas are the abode of Lord Shiv and are a very sacred place of the Hindus. Ujjain is one of the very old cities of India and is very important for hindus as it is one of the main pilgrimage site .
This place is so magical and beautifully made . The architecture here is so beautiful and mystical.
So I started my journey by catching a flight from delhi to Ujjain .
once I checked in the hotel I dozed off steaiyaway because I was so tired to do anything.
Next morning, I woke up got myself ready and went to the temple . Because what better time it is to visit temples than morning. An trust me on this the energy of the temple was insane . It was not very crowded at it was morning but people were still there before me . Under the sunlight the temple looked even more pretty and unreal .
The Omkareshwar temple in Ujjain has a very pretty architecture as you can see . It is a pilgrimage site of Hindu people that’s why it is very famous.
Also the scenic beauty of this place is too good . There even is a trea to which people tie there holy dhagas they tie the knots to a large Peepal tree and offer there prayers to lord Shiva .
People come here with so much hope, belief , trust and LOVE .
Love is the most important aspect of a human life i believe. Without love and kindness a man is nothing . Just look how divine the Statue of god looks .
The Ghats of Ujjain are very pretty and aesthetic it felt like i was seeing a painting. I could not describe the feeling that I was getting it felt heavenly.It felt like all my chakras got open while standing there . It was so pure and blissful i felt pure peace . And it was obvious to feel that way because i was standing on the land of lord shiv.
Guys just see how beautifully people have painted lord Shiv on the wall to make things more attractive. I think it is a great idea to enhance the beauty of any place.
People of Ujjain are very kind and diverted towards god. In this photograph you can see the Pujaris ( people of take care of god in the temple)
worship the Shivling . It shows their love and devotion towards God .
You can clearly see how pretty the view looks . I captured this photo while taking a boat ride in the lake and trust me it was a great experience.
I really had the time of my life and I think everyone deserves to experience this beauty and this energy.
