How is it going, guys! I know it has been a while since my last blog, a couple of months. I have been entirely occupied with my work and studies and the last few months have been hectic. Got a lot going on in the background. Well, anyway, I am back with another blog. Today I'll be taking you on a mind-blowing journey of exploring the exotic and beautiful flowers found in the Himalayas. So let's get the party started!! 😁
In this blog, I will share some beautiful pictures I took during my trip to the regional ORGANIC FARMING center which follows 100% carbon neutral procedures for a better environment. The center is located around 20 miles from my home. It boasts of '30' different varieties of flowers. Today, I will present glimpses of those magnificent flowers that will rejuvenate your mind and soul.
First, I'll share some pics of the scenic beauty of the surrounding areas. It is at an astonishing height of 4,000 feet above sea level. It rests in the foothills of the Himalayas.
It is surrounded by green pastures which are used for farming as well as grazing grounds for cattle. The land you can see in the picture above is used for strawberry and potato cultivation.🍓🥔
There is a swing installed at a great height from where you can get a view of the whole area. It offers breathtaking views of the panoramic scenery which surrounds the center.

The place has its own farmlands where different crops are grown. It also provides incentives to local farmers as subsidized seeds and knowledge regarding the growth and care of crops.
It has its own fleet of 4*4 off-duty heavy road vehicles which are owned by the forest department. They are used for transporting goods from one place to another. They are a perfect match for mountainous terrains.
Now let's get back to the different flora in the Himalayas. I'll be sharing some pictures that I took during my trip. Let us start with the roses. 🌹
These strikingly red roses are definitely one of the most beautiful flowers found all over India. Their beauty is unmatched and there is no other flower like them. ✨
Tbh, I don't even know the name of these white flowers😅 but all that I can say is that they were beautiful and added a positive vibe to the environment.
As I mentioned earlier in the blog, the center is 100% plastic-free and they made even the flower pots using recycled steel, tin, old sacks, waste bottles, reused steel containers, etc.
If you are ever planning to visit the Himalayas, I will definitely recommend visiting this place. It feels surreal and seems to be a place that will uplift you spiritually and make you feel even closer to nature than ever before.
