As pregnant women ! I experience many changes , including physical , emotional and behavioral changes . In physical changes , I experience weight gain " I gain 1-2 kilograms or less I have morning sickness ". I experience breast changes " it become larger , heavy and tender ". I experience mood swings and urination that feels like you need to urine more often. I also experience vaginal discharge " the amount of normal vaginal discharge might increse ". In emotional changes , I experience tiredness , nauseous , or have backaches. In behavioral changes , I experience the nesting instinct which is a strong urge to prepare your home for the baby .

October 13,2019 Catholic religion celebrates this religious activity in honor of our beloved mother Mama Mary! The miracle of our lady of fatima (1952) which is the Blessed Mother's Appearance to the 3 children namely : Lucia Abobora 9, and her cousins Jacinta and Francisco Marto 6 and 7.
In our place one of the pilgrimages is the Fatima Hills located in barangay Ichon Macrohon,So. Leyte. Every 1st Saturday of the month a mass will be offered.
One of the activities in our diocese of Macrohon is giving of the Thousand of Roces to Mama Mary. People participated on the said activity.
Once upon a time , nestled in the heart of Southern Leyte , there existed a small and enchanting village called Ichon Macrohon . Surrounded by lush green hills and overlooking and majestic ocean , it was a place of serenity and peace. At the very top of these hills stood a mystical and magical landmark called Fatima Hills.
Legend had it that Fatima Hill was named after a beautiful and kind - hearted woman named fatima. She was known for her radiant smile and willingness to help anyone in need. It was said that her spirit still resided on the hill , watching over the village and protecting her inhabitants .
The villager believed that Fatima hill possesed the power to grant wishes and bring good fortune to those who climbed to its summit. Every year to the night of Full moon , villagers would embark on a pilgrimage up the hill to make their wishes and seek guidance from Fatimas spirits.
As a believers ! when i was 25years old not yet pregnant . I always climb on these hill because I always ask for her guidance to have a baby in the future since i am eager to have it. Believe me or not , my wish was granted . I am now 11months pregnant . Too blessed to Complain! Im so happy because I recieve a gift that could change my entire life.
As the sun set of the evening , the villagers gathered at the base of hill , their excitement filling the air. Young and old alike began the ardous climb, their anticipation pushing them forward. Along the way , they would stop to admire the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape , taking a moment to appreciate the beauty of my homeland.
At the top of the hill , a sense of tranquility washed over the weary travelers . They would sit on the soft grass , gazing at the stars above , and pour their hearts out in prayer. They believed that their wishes would be heard and that Fatima's spirit would respond with guidance and blessings.
