I have returned to Visoko, which is the town that I stayed in for my first month in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
I have been all over in Bosnia-Herzegovina now, and I have seen all kinds of beautiful landscape and amazing cities.
When I booked my return trip to Visoko, it wasn't because of the pyramids or the tunnels, it was because of the people.
From what my friends tell me, not everyone in Visoko is cool, I just happen to have met all the cool people in Visoko.
When I booked the time is Visoko, I was looking forward to hanging out with all of the friends that I made here in March.
Unfortunately for me, I got a weird stomach flu as soon as I got here, and I haven't been able to hang out with any of my friends!
Also, Ramadan combined with a Covid curfew have closed the pubs, so even as I become able to go out, there isn't anywhere to go.
Today, however, I was feeling good enough to go for a walk. I couldn't hang out with my friends, but I found an abandoned doll and a heron!
It was a sunny day, and it gave me a nice view of downtown Visoko.
Because I've spent most of my 2nd trip to Visoko in my room, I will share some photos from my stay here in March.
This is Stari Grad, Visoko, taken from the fortress at the top of the pyramid sunca.
Also from the top of the pyramid, after the crazy long walk it took to get there.
On the way up to the top.(halfway) The view of Visoko.
Good ol' Visoko.
I hope to come back to Visoko to hang out with the people I didn't get to see this time.
