Yesterday I was lucky enough to hike along the Chedoke Creek to Upper Chedoke falls. A 60 foot tall Ribbon Waterfall that is located in the west end of Hamilton Ontario.
I say lucky because in the last year, erosion on the Niagara Escarpment (where the waterfall is located) has been heavy. Well established trails have been washed away or covered with trees and the creek bed is full of rocks that are loose and difficult to traverse. The difficulty of the hike has drastically increased, but the beauty of the waterfall is more than worth the trek!
