Hello Everyone! π Welcome to the continuation of my pre-pandemic Singapore trip. We are still on Day 2 and there are still a lot for us to visit π.
GARDENS BY THE BAY
After visiting Universal Studio, we went home to rest then it was by late afternoon that we went to Gardens by the Bay to see the Light Show. A lot of people gathered around while some lay down to have a good view of the light show π.
MARINA BAY SANDS
After the light show, my cousins and I walked to Marina Bay Sands to have dinner. It was a very long walk but I don't know what's in Singapore's air that I still looked fresh in my pics hahaha. We later had dinner at the food court.
MERLION PARK
This is it! Hahahaha. In visiting Singapore, one should never forget the Merlion. It's a mortal sin if you don't visit Merlion Park hahaha ππ. We walked from Marina Bay Sands to the Merlion, it's another long walk, I know hahaha π but it's worth it.
DAY 3
CLOUD FOREST AND FLOWER DOME
We got up early and went back to Gardens by the bay to continue to explore the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome. The dome is an indoor garden with a lot of plants and flowers in it plus it's cold in there so you won't look haggard when you take a picture hahaha. I was very fascinated by the Venus Flytrap that I kept on staring at it while I was there hahah π.
Cloud Forest
FLOWER DOME
After visiting the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome, we went back to house where we are staying because Kuya Mckoy will go back to the Philippines already which will leave me and my cousin Kim in Singapore alone π. We were quite scared but we still have a lot of places to visit. But we braved ourselves up, ready or not, we must go hahaha. π
LITTLE INDIA
As we were about to go to Little India, let me tell you first a funny story. So my cousin Kim and I bought a ticket at the train station going to Little India. We are at the stairs when we noticed that the train doors are about to close so we hurriedly run towards the train, my cousin Kim successfully went inside the train before the door closes and when she turned back she noticed that I was not there, I wasn't able to hop on the train π I was so scared because I don't have an internet connection since I was just connecting thru her mobile hotspot. Good thing I remembered she mentioned a particular name of a train station where we should get off so we can switch trains so I tried my luck π. I hopped on the next train and got off the station that she mentioned and luckily, she was there waiting for me, she told me that she was also scared because she don't have any money since her money is with me hahaha π.
BUGIS STREET
Bugis Street has a lot of attractions to offer too, plus it is like Chinatown where you can buy souvenirs at a very affordable price. But since we already bought a lot at Chinatown, we just went there for sightseeing π .
HAJI LANE
I intently wrote Haji Lane as our place to visit because of the Selfie Coffee. It is a cafe where your face can be printed on the top of the drink you want to order. I really wanted to try it. So my cousin and I went there even if it's quite far.
ARAB STREET
This is also a place rich in culture. Every site is so colorful. What captivated my attention is the Masjid Sultan Mosque and the beautiful pieces they are selling there.
After visiting those places, we went back to the house where we are staying, packed our things, and went to the airport.
It was quick but a very memorable trip plus it's almost free heeheh π. I'm very thankful to Kuya Mckoy for that trip β€. I'm just so happy that I was able to celebrate my birthday there and have an out-of-the-country trip before the pandemic happened π.

A feat that others might be so fearful to do, but they believe that it is what will make their posts more exceptional and remarkable.
