What I visited was a mosque and I am a Muslim. But that is not the point of conclusion here. I have also visited many places of worship of other religions. Not to follow the teachings or criticize them but because the places of worship that I visited were not only about human affairs with God but in the places I visited there was a lot of history and usually those who visited the place were not only from that religion. But visitors other than that religion came to enjoy something that was not found in other places.
And now I am telling my journey to the Baiturahman Grand Mosque in Banda Aceh and I never miss a single visit to this place when I come to Banda Aceh. This place has become a cultural heritage and is the only largest mosque in Aceh. In addition, there are many stories in this place so that many local and foreign tourists with various religious sects come to this place to capture the beauty of the Baiturahman Mosque in the center of Banda Aceh and this mosque was built in 1879. And once again this mosque is not only a place of worship but also a form or a symbol where the power of Culture, religion, spirit and strength of the Acehnese people to fight the invaders at that time was in this place and now this place is one of the tourist attractions that must be visited when in this city.
And this Baiturahman mosque has a building area of about 4000 square meters with a land area of 31000 square meters and currently the Baiturahman mosque is also expanding the courtyard of the mosque itself. to be able to enter this place you just need to dress neatly and politely, not wearing shorts and wearing a scarf for women as a form of respect in this place. if you don't want to go into the mosque, it doesn't matter because you can rest in the courtyard of the mosque which is all marble and there are fans on each pillar in the courtyard of the mosque so that visitors don't get too hot.

You can enjoy culinary in the courtyard of this mosque or if you want to take pictures with a professional photographer you can hire a photographer here and don't worry about the price. Not up to 2 U$ dollars you can see beautiful results that can be sent to your cellphone and you can see how magnificent the architecture of this mosque is which is a barometer of other mosques in my country Indonesia. And when I come to this mosque again I will not get bored to come back to this place. oh yes to come to this place is free of charge and not far from here you can visit the Tsunami museum and the floating PLTU ship which all tell the history of the terrible Aceh tsunami in 2004.
