JBR beach in Dubai Marina, an emblematic place on the Persian Gulf
I had wanted to get to experience life in Dubai for a while, but until last December it remained a dream.
But with a little financial effort we managed to make a holiday gift, a long dreamed gift.
Today I'm actually going to share with you the latest experience we had in Dubai exactly on the day we are due to return home, namely a short visit to JBR beach in the Dubai Marina area.
When we hear of Dubai the first thing we think of is wealth, opulence, extravagance, sky-high buildings and expensive cars.
Very good to know is that here in Dubai there are only certain beaches that are public and the rest are private beaches where you have to pay, instead here you can sit on the very fine sand for free.
But before we got to enjoy the fine sand and unreal coloured water we took a short walk along the promenade that winds through the very tall buildings here.
From souvenirs to various restaurants you can find them here on this promenade, be aware that prices in this area are a bit higher than other places.
Also from here you can take those buses that make very interesting tours where you can see many interesting areas of Dubai Marina on the way.
Let's take a walk on the very fine sand of this beach
But what do you know, somewhere at the beginning of the beach I came across a helicopter, I was amazed, I didn't know what it was doing there.
We started our walk on the fine sand and as every time we get to the sea a very important objective is to collect shells, we have quite a large collection of shells that we collected from different places we visited.
Being in the winter holidays even here everything was beautifully decorated with lots of lights, and walking on the beach we discovered a swing where we could pose in all positions, hehe.
JBR beach is amazing and gives you a special feeling having those very tall buildings behind you, the morning sun making its way through them.
My dear followers and visitors this was the amazing JBR beach in Dubai Marina.
