The hidden gem behind the thick stone walls, St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta, Malta

I hope you are well, I am glad to be back here among you in this amazing community and to share with you a memory from last year in the capital of Malta, Valletta.
In December 2022 we visited Matla and we couldn't miss the capital of Malta Valleta, if you have a look through my old posts you will find some of my posts from here in Malta.
Today I want to share with you a place that impressed me a lot and yes I didn't want to keep it only for myself and I decided that you should see it too, it is St.John's Co-Cathedral.
Honestly at first glance from the outside I did not seem to stand out somehow, yes the architecture was specific to the time when it was built, I must admit that I had two attempts to enter, the first time I went through the entrance was extremely crowded and I had no patience to stand in line.
For a while we wandered around and didn't give up on the idea of visiting this place while we were here, and yes, the second time we were lucky we weren't chia rasa by many people.
The price of a ticket was 15 euro/person, as I wrote above I was skeptical about this 15 euro investment, the surprise came only after I took a few steps inside.
The first thing that caught my eye was the floor, perfectly made of marble representing religious symbols including coats of arms of those times of the descendants of noble families.
More information can be found here, if you are interested in the history of this cathedral I recommend that you visit the link, it is something special, I avoid going into exact, technical data during my postings because frankly they can be found on the internet and I don't want to repeat the same thing but my purpose is to show you my experience lived in that place.
Let's take a few steps inside, I actually don't even know what to pose, I didn't think there was such a thing here and I'm here.
