It's now december, meaning the long awaited year end holiday will soon arrive. Usually at the end of every year,several Indonesian families have planned to have a vacation with their family, some are planning to go out of town or abroad to fill the year end vacation time.

But it seems that this year's holiday did not go according to plan, because the Indonesian government has set a restriction on community activities which will take effect from 24 December 2021 - 2 January 2022. This is done to prevent the spread of the corona virus which has not disappeared from Indonesia.
For those of you who live in the city of Medan and its surroundings, don't worry, there are many tourist attractions that you can visit with your family. One of the water attractions that I recommend is Hairos Water Park.
Hairos Water Park is a water recreation vehicle which is located at Jalan Jamin Ginting kilometer 14.5, Pancur Batu sub district, Deli Serdang Regency, although geographically it is located in Deli Serdang Regency, but administratively it is included in the Medan City area (capital of North Sumatra Province), indonesia.
The ticket price on Monday until Friday is 45.000 rupiah for each person, while the ticket price on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays is 65.000 rupiah per person. Besides that,there is an additional fee for the gate ticket of 5000 rupiah per person.
After entering the first gate, we can park our vehicle,right in front of the second entrance, we will find a mini zoo, by buying a ticket for 5000 rupiah we can enter the zoo. But we didn't go to the zoo, because our goal was to go to the water rides, so we just took pictures in front of the zoo entrance.

It's time to buy a ticket and enter the water ride area,for those of you who come with a group there will be a special discount, for example for every 20 people you will get 1 free ticket (this can still be negotiated with the manager).
In addition, for children with a height below 90 cm, admission is also free.
After getting tickets for our group, we immediately went in and changed clothes to take a shower. We are busy going to water therapy, which is an artificial waterfall about 5 meters high with a heavy water discharge, this water therapy is believed to be able to help those of us who have a cold. The trick is to put our backs under the waterfall. let's try!

There is also a swimming pool with a depth of 2 meters, be careful for those who bring children not to enter this area.
There is also a waterboom area, none of our group wanted to go to the waterboom, because they were tired and couldn't afford to climb the 3 meter high stairs to get to the water boom.
3 o'clock it's time for the wave pool. every few hours, the officer will announce to play wave pool, which is a pool that is given waves from small waves to big waves. We have to use a float tire to be able to play in the wave pool. wave pool is one of the favorite rides in hairos.
