What a difference a week makes! Last week, we went up to Mondeaux Dam and Flowage - and shared with you the resulting pictures and video... The flowage was still covered in ice and snow.
Needing more water from the artesian well (9 gallons, this time), we returned and here are the pictures...
Down by the fishing piers which are still empty, but not for much longer, I'm sure.
Happy with last week's results from my new microphone and windbreaker for my camera, I took more videos this week... Both of these videos were taken sitting down next to the fishing piers. I hope to use one or both for sleep videos soon. (Please visit Freya's Moods on YouTube.)
I'll probably edit these two videos down to just a 30-second clip for looping into the 10-hour videos. I think they will work nicely.
After shooting these videos, we continued along the shore towards the dam. This picture is looking back towards the piers.
Finally, we were at Mondeaux Dam again. This time, we walked across the spillway to get the picture from the other side. I didn't feel like another video, besides, my SD card keeps having errors if I do more than about two videos at a time... which is slightly annoying.
Anyway, after this, we returned to the car and went home again.
