Excursions: I am not a big fan of excursions because I prefer to explore places on my own. However, if you are not prepared for the trip, I recommend taking a tour. In most major cities, there is a tourist double-decker bus that runs on a fixed route. You can get on and off the bus as you please, which gives you the flexibility to explore at your own pace.I do recommend the safari, which is a great way to experience the desert. The program includes a trip to the desert, camel rides, and a dinner. You will get to interact with the camels, ride down the dunes, and enjoy a traditional Arabian meal.
