And as the last destination in our tours of Merida, we visited a restaurant called EL ANTOJO Maria Rosa Mistica, a very cozy place located in mountainous areas and beautiful scenery. The guides who were in charge of our tour as a preamble told us that this restaurant has an ideal environment to enjoy the scenery and the Andean gastronomy. And since this would be our last stop, our stay would be much longer and we would take advantage of the opportunity to eat our lunches there. When you arrive at the site you are undoubtedly impressed by its facade being very charming, with many wooden details and surrounded by beautiful plants in which they bring quality and tradition.

When we saw the restaurant and with the help of the variety of ads we realized that besides being a restaurant and offering breakfast, lunch and dinner they also offer a stay with beautiful cabins and this way you have a better experience. We were told that this place is very popular and traditional to enjoy with the family, so being there it was impossible not to want to experience everything around.

Y como último destino en nuestro tours por Mérida, fue visitar un restaurante el cual se llama, EL ANTOJO María Rosa Mística, un lugar muy acogedor ubicado en zonas montañosas y paisajes hermosos. Los guías que estaban a cargo de nuestro tours como preámbulo nos comentaban que esté restaurante tiene un ambiente ideal para disfrutar del paisaje y de la gastronomía andina. Y como esta sería nuestra última parada la estadía sería muchísimo más larga además que allí aprovecharíamos para consumir nuestros almuerzos. Al llegar al sitio sin duda te impresiona su fachada siendo muy encantadora, con muchos detalles de madera y rodeada de plantas hermosas en la cual aportan calidad y tradición.

Al ver el restaurante y con la ayuda de la variedad de avisos nos dimos cuenta que a parte de ser restaurante y ofrecer desayunos, almuerzos también ofrecen estadía con unas bonitas cabañas y de esta forma tienes una mejor experiencia. Nos comentan que este lugar es muy popular y tradicional para disfrutar en familia, así que estando allí fue imposible no querer experimentar todo sus alrededores.

As soon as we entered the place it was like stepping back in time all around us there were many old things and although we had our lunch with us we decided to also try something from their menu and thus get the full experience of the restaurant both in terms of stay and dishes but unfortunately the restaurant was very crowded and many of the dishes were no longer available so we finally decided to buy a drink and taste the lunch we had already brought with us.

A penas entramos al sitio fue como retroceder en el tiempo todo su alrededor resaltaban muchas cosas antiguas y aunque llevábamos nuestro almuerzo decidimos también probar algo de su menú y así llevarnos la experiencia completa del restaurante tanto como en estadía, como en sus platos pero lamentablemente el restaurante estaba muy lleno y muchos de los platos ya no estaban disponibles así que finalmente quedamos en comprar bebida y degustar del almuerzo que ya habíamos llevado listo.

Seeing the antiques makes us relive those stories of my grandfather's experiences, it is to relive everything that was in his life, that is why I decided to photograph and take these memories in photos, also my mom could remember all these objects and more the typewriter as it was part of his start in the world of work, certainly a great icon and how incredible to see how technology has advanced and yet Merida keep those antiques so alive.

Ver las antigüedades nos hace revivir esos cuentos de las vivencias de mi abuelo, es revivir todo lo que fue de su vida, es por ello que decidí fotografiar y llevarle estos recuerdos en fotos, también mi mamá pudo recordar todo estos objetos y más la máquina de escribir ya que fue parte de su inicio en el mundo laboral, sin duda un gran icono y que increíble ver como la tecnología ha ido avanzado y aún sin embargo Mérida mantenga esas antigüedades tan vivas.
