[ESP-ING] Visit to the Hyperjumbo shopping center

En mi ciudad Maracay existen pocos Centeos comerciales grandes, existen muchos pequeños en cualquier parte podemos encontrar algunos, pero grandes creo que solo 5 y este que les vengo a mostrar hoy creo fue el tercero en la ciudad, el centro comercial Hyperjumbo, fue uno de los centros comerciales más visitados en la ciudad y digo fue porque hoy en día no están top como lo era antes.

Este centro comercial lo han ewmodelaso un poco para atraer personas y aún con todo eso no es la mitad de lo que era antes en sus principios, fue inaugurado en noviembre del año 2002, y9 recuerdo que solía visitar este centro comercial, me gustaba comprar ropa allí para mis hijos y siempre llevaba a mi madre a cobrar su pensión allí recuerdo que no había asientos en los pasillos para sentarse todo lo contrario de hoy en día.

También íbamos mucho al cine, que aunque es pequeño es muy acogedor, por eso volvimos para ir al cine y aproveche de tomar algunas fotografías en el centro comercial, pensamos que íbamos hacer cola por ser lunes popular pero estaba vacío, puedes conseguir entradas rápido en la sala solo habiamos como 29 personas y era mucho, cuando antes algunas veces teníamos que esperar para poder entrar a otra hora pues las funciones estaban full, lo que si es que lamparte de afuera la renovaron muy hermosa, mas actualizada.

La feria de comida también fue remodelada, antes habían sillas y mesas sencillas, recuerdo las mesitas normales blancas y sillas verdes y naranja, ahora es algo mucho más elegante, con bombillos de luz baja, también enredaderas que le dan un poco de naturaleza al lugar, pero a.su vez lo hace ver elegante, hay sillones para sentarse y pasar un rato, barras hermosas y elegantes, y las mesas son sencillas pero ahora los asientos son amarillos y gris, que hacen juego con la madera decorativa del lugar que le da mucha elegancia.

Para atraer más personas al centro comercial, ahora hay un parque de atracciones, al principio tenían pocos aparatos, pero hoy en día hay muchos más, lamentablemente a esta hora que fui estaba cerrado, es bueno venir de noche que se pueden observar todas las atracciones, las luces funcionando y las personas allí disfrutando, aquí hay varias atracciones, pero para eso hay que hacer un post, aún no he ido a disfrutar de estas atracciones pero me han dicho que el costo del brazalete es de 15$ y uno se puede montar en todas, lo malo es que va muchas personas y no da chance de montarse en todo.

El Hyperjumbo también tiene algunos restaurantes de renombre en la ciudad, algunos han cambiado de nombre, pero se mantienen allí y este día vi uno de ellos muy animado con un grupo de personas festejando en el mismo, por otra parte este centro comercial me gusta porque es muy limpio y ordenado, si no lo conocen les invito a conocerlo.

In my city, Maracay, there are few large shopping malls; there are many small ones—you can find them just about anywhere—but I think there are only five large ones, and the one I’m going to show you today was, I believe, the third one in the city: the Hyperjumbo shopping mall. It used to be one of the most visited shopping malls in the city, and I say “used to be” because these days it’s not as popular as it once was.

They’ve remodeled this mall a bit to attract people, but even with all that, it’s not half of what it used to be in its early days. It opened in November 2002, and I remember I used to visit this mall; I liked to buy clothes there for my children, and I always took my mother there to collect her pension. I remember there were no seats in the aisles—the complete opposite of today.

We also went to the movie theater a lot; even though it’s small, it’s very cozy, so we went back to catch a movie and took the chance to snap some photos at the mall. We thought we’d have to wait in line since it was a busy Monday, but it was empty—you can get tickets quickly at the box office. There were only about 29 people in the theater, and that felt like a lot, whereas before we sometimes had to wait to get in at another time because the showings were sold out. What’s more, they’ve renovated the exterior beautifully—it looks much more modern now.

The food court was also remodeled. Before, there were simple tables and chairs—I remember the standard white tables and green and orange chairs—but now it’s much more elegant, with low-hanging light bulbs and vines that add a touch of nature to the space, but at the same time, it makes it look elegant. There are armchairs to sit and relax in, beautiful and elegant bars, and the tables are simple, but now the seats are yellow and gray, which match the decorative woodwork of the place, giving it a lot of elegance.

To attract more people to the mall, there’s now an amusement park. At first, there weren’t many rides, but nowadays there are many more. Unfortunately, it was closed when I went. It’s nice to come at night so you can see all the rides, the lights on, and people enjoying themselves. There are several attractions here, but that deserves its own post. I haven’t gone to enjoy these attractions yet, but I’ve been told that the wristband costs $15 and you can ride all of them. The downside is that it gets very crowded, so you don’t get a chance to ride everything.

Hyperjumbo also has some of the city’s most renowned restaurants; some have changed their names, but they’re still there. Today I saw one of them bustling with a group of people celebrating inside.
