Anyway I’ve been touring you to different areas in Cebu mostly about botanical flowers and gardens but now let me take you to somewhere far! I will be taking you to the south area of Cebu! We will be going to Basdaku, Moalboal Cebu City!
Moalboal Cebu City is famous for its outstanding white beaches located in the south. Beaches are the places that suites and relaxed our mind and body. So now let me take you to HK Beach Resort and Restaurant!
HK Beach Resort and Restaurant is one of the center beach attraction in Basdaku, Moalboal Cebu. They had fine and white sands all over the place and that is their greatest feature! The cottages of HK Beach Resort and Restaurant is just in front of the white sand beach that gives an easy access to all the visitors and travelers.
Resort Amenities:
HK Beach Resort and Restaurant has its own different amenities that is accessible to the tourist. The Resort can accommodate enough travelers with its 43 rooms that has its individual wireless wifi, a restroom with shower, a balcony and a cable television. They also has;

-Beach front cottages
-Parking area
-24 hour security guards
Their restaurant inside has varities of styles and dishes most especially Philippine cuisine so you can fulfill your stomach in choosing the food that you truly like. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes for the customers.
You can also buy and bring food inside since the towns “tiangge” (is from the Mexican-Spanish word that is derived from tiangus which means market;bargain or sale. That was adopted by the Filipinos many years ago and still an active term up until now) just few kilometers away from the resort.
You can freely eat at the restaurant or in any place as long as the cottages where still reserved and occupied. There are a lot of open spaces, there is chairs and tables that you can use while you’re outside.
You can also freely choose your preferred choice of rooms depends on its availability. They do have different types of rooms that can accommodate from single to a big number of member in the family.
They do have rooms until in the second floor which you can see the view of the ocean. The rooms on the first floor can also have the easier access to the facilities of the resort.

How to get there:
Public transport- Go to Cebu City South Bus Terminal and ride a bus that is going to Moalboal via Badian or Barili. The current fare per head is 120 pesos. When you’re already in Moalboal, you must ride a tricycle going to Basdaku Moalboal.
Private transport- You can use any location app like google map or Waze and just easily navigate and search HK Beach Resort and Restaurant.
The time of the travel is approximately 2 to 3 hours depends on the traffic from Cebu City.
What I really love about Moalboal is the view and sceneries even in the daylight until the sun sets in the afternoon. I guarantee you the feel of relaxation if you are already there. The staffs and front desk personnel where really accommodating and easy to be with. They will truly help you along the way from the time of your arrival until the day you will check out. You can freely roam around the beach, because Moalboal is known for its longest white sand beach shore. You can spend all your time just watching the ocean waves and enjoy the white sand with you. The view and the sceneries will make you feel like you’re in the other world of reality.
So the next thing that you need to do is to plan and pack your things because the beach is waiting for you!
