Mareda, Istria (Croatia)
Calm sea and little wind ... almost ideal weather conditions for sailing. There are not many sailboats at sea at the moment, but here and there some are on the horizon, as in the pictures above, which were recently taken in the Aminess Maravea Camping Resort in Mareda, not far from Novigrad in Croatian Istria.

Marina Nautica - Novigrad, Istria (Croatia)
The set of photos taken in Novigrad's Marina Nautica. Superbly equipped marina of the I category, with a unique shell structure of the piers. Most of the boats are currently located in the marina, here and there some boats set sail. The traffic in the marina during the season is of course much higher.

Still in construction, but to be open in few weeks time ... Villa Rainis in Novigrad is fine example of beautiful architecture. This heritage hotel & spa is being built on same plot, where former country villa was built back around 1900 and was then named after the Rainis family (according to some sources Reintz), who moved to Novigrad from Venice.
