Este tema del día 5 me pone a pensar, considero que he logrado muchas cosas en mi vida a nivel personal, emocional, educativo y elegir un momento como el mejor se me complica, soy una persona que se alegra mucho por un logro sea lo mas mínimo o lo mas grandioso.

This topic of day 5 makes me think a lot, I consider that I achieved many things in my life on a personal, emotional, educational level and choosing a moment as the best is complicated for me, I am a person who is very happy for an achievement is the least or the greatest.

Les puedo hablar de un momento de orgullo como el de pasar un examen final gracias a muchas horas de estudio para lograrlo o el de entrar a un cancha de futbol y tener un excelente juego que a la hora de salir de ella todos me felicitan

Pero hoy les hablare sobre un momento que me enorgullece prácticamente a diario, ya que es parte de mi rutina de vida. Si haz leído mis pasados blog te haz podido dar cuenta que me gusta el deporte, lo practico todas las semanas y desde hace un tiempo llevo trotando todas las mañanas, soy el primero que se levanta de mi familia, a las 5:30 am para prepararme y salir a correr.

But today I will talk about a moment that makes me proud almost every day, since it is part of my life routine. If you have read my past blog, you have been able to realize that I like sport, I practice it every week and for some time I have been jogging every morning, I am the first one in my family to get up, at * 5:30 am * to get ready and go for a run.

Troto desde mi casa con dirección a la playa ya que vivo cerca de ella y aprovecho ese fondo hermoso para realizar diferentes ejercicios.

I jog from my house towards the beach since I live near it and I take advantage of that beautiful background to do different exercises.

Al terminar y caminar hacia mi casa la satisfacción que me genera un buen entrenamiento es sin duda un momento que me enorgullece, luego al llegar a mi casa a eso de las 8:30am y abrir la puerta me encuentro con mi perrita Pug que me da mucho amor y cariño, le doy la bendición a mi mama que se esta alistando para ir a trabajar y mientras termina el desayuno me voy a bañar y al salir desayuno con ella.

When I finish and walk home, the satisfaction that a good training gives me is undoubtedly a moment that makes me proud, then when I get home at around 8:30 a.m. and open the door, I meet my Pug dog. give a lot of love and affection, I give the blessing to my mother who is getting ready to go to work and while she finishes breakfast I am going to bathe and when I leave breakfast with her.

Esto que les cuento es prácticamente lo que sucede en una de mis mañanas, es como inicio mis días y en el momento que me detengo y pienso sobre ese inicio de día, es mi momento de mayor orgullo...❤️
