Gracias a Dios puedo relajarme y controlar toda esta situación, porque poseo una gran salud que mantiene mi cuerpo y mi mente en óptimas condiciones, valoro y cuido mi salud más que en años anteriores porque si me siento bien puedo lograr muchas cosas, por lo que me he dedicado mucho a la buena alimentación para lograr un cuerpo con una buena nutrición, también últimamente me he dedicado mucho a valorar el tiempo que paso con mis familiares más cercanos que me quedaron en el país, le doy mucha importancia a esos pequeños momentos de felicidad
