Best Investment Made || Day 2 Of 30 Days Blogging Challenge

Understanding the usefulness of our time and effort can be translated in terms of investment and how productive it has been.

At a point in our lives, we have made some good and bad choices which has affected our finance in one way or the other. While I was working some years ago, I registered in an organization which you are required to pay in some certain amount of money at every end of the month and after 2years plus, if you decide to withdraw, a certain percentage is paid to your account as your income but I won't count that as my best investment so far.

When I was in school, I started a mini business that took most of my time effort which was pretty productive and had a good deal of reward coming from it but it was not time friendly. That was a good investment but not the best.

Have you ever invested your money in a business you thought was growing only to find out that the price starts depreciating after your investment? That is not a good position to find yourself. There was a time I had a little investment in compound coin, from the market analysis and all, it was supposed to grow but suddenly, it entered a downward trend which wasn't good for me. I ended up watching the market every minute which wasn't a good investment for me but I had a little gain.

A year ago, a friend of mine brought up this interesting business deal that had a promising future, from his analysis and calculations, I was convinced of the success of the business and decided to investment in it. As time went by, he had challenge balancing his time together with the business which caused a huge setback for the business. After sometime, He finally decided to put the business on a hold until He is fully ready to continue but a refund was given to me so that is not a good investment for me.

To categorize my best investment at the moment, I would say is the time and effort I have spent in learning and developing myself. The best way to invest first is to invest in yourself, if we are more knowledgeable about what we want and how to get it then the out come would be easy. I still have a lot of investing to do on myself but as time go by, we tend to grow which can be extended to monetary value.
