Llega Febrero y todos se llenan del espíritu del amor y la amistad. Por el efecto del mes todos están más relajados, tranquilos, llenos de amor y romanticismo. Todos vamos ingeniandonos como crear y destacar detalles para las personas especiales, ya sean para amistades o para el dueño de tu corazón.

Está iniciativa nos invita a mostrar una de nuestras historias, una de esa que nos marcan el corazón por como sucedió o todo lo que causó mientras disfrutabas la experiencia. Pudiera contar muchas (porque cada una marca a su manera) pero lo haré de mi mejor amiga.
This initiative invites us to show one of our stories, one of those that mark our hearts because of how it happened or all that it caused while enjoying the experience. I could tell many (because each one marks in its own way) but I will do it of my best friend.

Todo inició más o menos en el año 2012 cuando me desempeñaba como Gerente (encargada) en una empresa de servicio, necesitaba un Ingeniero Electricista y me ofrecieron su currículum, para mí fue muy sorpresivo ver qué una mujer tenía esa carrera (sí, se que las mujeres la estudian pero no espere coincidir con una pronto), a parte de eso también era técnico en instrumentación. Bien, de inmediato pase su currículum a Gestión de Persona y la emplearon. Una Gerencia de Mantenimiento encabeza por mujeres* solo estuve dos meses en el cargo pero tuve ese gran acierto.
It all started more or less in 2012 when I was working as Manager (in charge) in a service company, I needed an Electrical Engineer and they offered me her resume, for me it was very surprising to see that a woman had that career (yes, I know that women study it but do not expect to coincide with one soon), besides that she was also an instrumentation technician. Well, I immediately passed her resume to People Management and she was hired. A Maintenance Management headed by women* I was only in the position for two months but I had that great success.
Hicimos un equipo muy bueno, estructurado y planificado para llevar las actividades de tres estados, en este proceso íbamos compartiendo más y más, sobre nuestro día a día, nuestros gustos, nuestras familia.
We made a very good team, structured and planned to carry out the activities of three states, in this process we were sharing more and more about our daily life, our tastes, our family.
Poco a poco nuestros días se fueron cruzando, nuestros gustos y nuestra forma de compartir. En primera instancia como compañeras de trabajo y luego como amigas. Desde ese día a la fecha ya han pasado más o menos 8 años, llenos de alegrías, aventuras, sustos y lágrimas.
Little by little our days were crossing, our tastes and our way of sharing. First as coworkers and then as friends. From that day to date it has been more or less 8 years, full of joys, adventures, scares and tears.
Ella me enseñó a tomar, con sus frase "tienes que tomar para compartir, para involucrarte y disfrutar sanamente, nadie te va invitar a una fiesta si siempre eres la que toma agua". En fin, hice caso a ese consejo sin mucha base ni fundamento, pero increíblemente mi círculo de amistades vario un poco e cantidad y en estilo. Incluso me volví chófer designado varias veces, es increíble todo lo que uno puede reírse y conversar cuando las personas se liberan un poco de las cohibiciones.
She taught me to drink, with her phrase "you have to drink to share, to get involved and enjoy healthily, nobody is going to invite you to a party if you are always the one drinking water". Anyway, I heeded that advice without much basis or foundation, but incredibly my circle of friends varied a bit in quantity and style. I even became a designated driver several times, it's amazing how much you can laugh and talk when people are a little free of inhibitions.
Me enseñó a ser más impulsiva sin pensar tanto las cosas, mientras yo la enseñe a pensar un poco las cosas. Desde nuestra experiencia yo soy su conciencia buena y ella mi conciencia mala. Somos esa dualidad que nos equilibra.
She taught me to be more impulsive without thinking things through so much, as long as I teach her to think things through a bit. From our experience I am her good conscience and she is my bad conscience. We are that duality that balances us.
Puede sonar loco pero nos entendemos aunque no estemos cerca

Cuando salió embarazada fue mucha la emoción, porque fue un embarazo deseado por mucho tiempo, inmersas en la incertidumbre solo podíamos pedir todo saliera muy bien. A dónde me movía me la llevaba porque tenía que cuidar de ella, porque tenía que estar allí para ellos.
Pasaron los meses y el día llegó entre celebración y susto. Me ausente unos días para que ellos disfrutarán de sus tiempo como familia. Pero luego llegó el resultado nuestro pequeño, tan mío como de ellos tenía un problema en el corazón,fueron días, meses y años distintos, fue un tiempo donde todo lo que hacíamos era para buscar una solución al problema de nuestro pequeño.
When she became pregnant we were very excited, because it was a pregnancy we had wanted for a long time, immersed in uncertainty we could only ask for everything to go very well. Wherever I went, I took her with me because I had to take care of her, because I had to be there for them.
Months went by and the day arrived between celebration and fright. I was absent for a few days so that they could enjoy their time as a family. But then came the result, our little boy, as much mine as theirs, had a heart problem, they were different days, months and years, it was a time where everything we did was to find a solution to the problem of our little boy.
Luego de buscar y buscar encontramos un doctor que nos dió una solución y gracias a Dios todo salió muy bien. Ya han pasado desde la fecha 6 años, seis hermosos años dónde hemos aprendido, aprendido que todo puede pasar pero por sobre todas las cosas, que debemos disfrutar cada día como el último.
After searching and searching we found a doctor who gave us a solution and thank God everything went very well. Six years have passed since then, six beautiful years where we have learned, learned that everything can happen but above all, we must enjoy every day as the last.
Mi Doralicce, esta llena de energía, fuerza, valor y mucha motivación. Nos une un lazo fraternal que nos permite disfrutar de una y de la otra. Ella es la mamá de mi ahijado, mi amiga, mi hermana, mi comay. Un pedacito de mí que vive en otro cuerpo que me complemento y me recarga cuando lo necesito.
My Doralicce, she is full of energy, strength, courage and lots of motivation. We are united by a sisterly bond that allows us to enjoy each other. She is my godson's mother, my friend, my sister, my comay. A little piece of me that lives in another body that complements me and recharges me when I need it.
Ella está siempre en mis planes de vida y muchas veces ha sido la primera en enterarse de mis eventos especiales, ella que sin duda me ha ayudado incluso cuando hasta yo dudo de mi misma.
