Progress & Connection
The key to my perfect day can be summarized into progress & connection. These two things are the important component to keep me mentally balanced, healthy, and fulfilled. But now, let's get down into the nitty-gritty of this two keywords that I mention.
My most perfect day would look something like :
Waking up early with plans
I like to wake up as early as 5 Am and already having plans of what to do. I hate waking up without plans since I am pretty lazy. With some sort of plans, I mostly stick to it and do that accordingly.Working out for 30-40 minutes
This is somewhat important for me to keep my mind sharp and stress free. When I don't workout, I feel like crap and finding it hard to deal with any problems that comes into my way.Knowing I get to finish my plan and list
The most important for me to finish the day is knowing I have ticked all the list and do meaningful work. Otherwise, I will stay awake too late at night and going to bed feeling unfulfilled.Being Outside
I like getting things done from a coffee shop or a library. However due the pandemic, I did not get the chance to go out much which causes stress and sinking mental health. As much as I like staying inside the house, if I want to get things done, I need to go outside.Talking to my partner or mom
They mean everything to me and without them, it's harder to live day to day. They are my source of inspiration, motivation, and shoulders to cry on. Whenever I have a bad/happy day, they are the first two person I share it with. So, they really contribute a lot in making my day perfect.
Without all or even just one of these, normally I get cranky and discontent. I feel as though something was missing from my day and drives me further away from reaching my goals.
My perfect day used to be very detailed, involving some thingsthat have to be done in a certain way. However, overtime I learn to simplify them because what matters is the essence of activities I do throughout the day. This is also influenced with minimalistic approach I have in life. Anyway, that's how my perfect day would look like.
