Is it talent? Do you work hard? Or are there other factors that contribute to people's success?
Good Morning/Evening/Night Everybody,
Today I want to Participate In #blogingchallenge community, it's my Third Post, I have a Great Experience in This Awesome Community, and I Am so Excited to Participate more here,
In This Post I want to Write My opinion on the Section 7, that Begins with a Question, "Which
One is More Important, Talent or Hard Work?
This Subject Reminds Me a Book called "Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell, From the beginning of the book, Gladwell talks about ice hockey and interesting facts about the birth dates of the best players in the world. And explains how a person is born superior to others if he or she is born on a particular date. This complex difference that a young child experiences increases over time and becomes a key factor in success. Understanding this concept is so scary! What happens if you are born on the wrong side of the history of the area, does hard work and the desire to work hard compensate you?
Geldol acknowledges that he does not believe in "natural ability" that successful human beings are born with an innate talent. He states that in order to master something, you have to strive for a full 3,000 hours, and he supports that principle with the evidence he shows ...
Honestly, these statements of his seem logical, and in the end, these statements made me feel better about myself, but 3,000 hours to succeed? This is his job to challenge ...
But will this challenge really be useful? Yes, because in the end, it's challenging, It makes us understand our responsibility because only we are responsible for our own success and the direct responsibility of time and effort for what we want to dominate, is only on our own shoulders and that's it ...
The lesson we can learn from this book can be summarized in one sentence:
Success depends on a set of cultural and other factors that we can not physically control, but the only thing we can control about success is how much time and effort we put into it. ...
The secret of our success is: "EFFORT"
Note: Do not forget 3,000 hours and try patiently!
Yours Sincerely
