I remember when I was much younger, my aunt who is a makeup artist will ask me to sit down, she used my face to practice how to tie headgear and how to wear makeovers.
It was always interesting because after she was done, we will begin the photo session.
Not minding I am a boy, she taught me how to pose in different ways to showcase her handiwork, I was glad that thru me, Many people came to learn how to wear makeup and how to tie head gears.
Whenever she posted the pictures, we get funny comments and sometimes I get a bit shy.
Some people criticized her for using me a boy as her muse while others didn't see the big deal in that.
Here is a picture of me, and different shades of my beauty. hahahaš¤£
I'm sure you're laughing now. Which one is your favorite pose? As you read further you'll find out which one of them is my favorite.
This reminds me of the different clients that come to her studio.
The know-it and complainers
These will act like they are professionals, and they will even teach you your workš
, hey add a black lippie and all.
The talkative
This one will not keep their mouth quiet, they keep talking and frustrating my aunt. How can you achieve beautiful makeup when you wouldn't keep quiet?š¤£
I miss all of this because I am now a bit grown up and wouldn't want to be used as a muse anymore.
Simply because I'm shy and don't want people to make fun of me, especially in the media.
Coupled with the fact that my aunt has relocated, it wouldn't be easy for me to go every time to see her.
If I was a girl, I would have been very pretty, but I'm glad I am a boy.
What baffles me about this makeup thing is how it consumes a lot of time just to look good.
You ladies are trying o, back then my ass hurt because I sat for a long time.
My aunt will buy cookies for me to bribe me, I miss all of those treats.
This reminds me so much of her and I guess I will be spending my holiday at her place.
Back to my picture, how do I look? I guess I did it right.
The sixth grid was my favorite. Hahahaš
Well, this is me, a boy with some swags and intelligence.
Thank God I don't have to spend so my hours beating my face, I just bath and zoomed off after some nice skin treat.
No fixing of lashes, wearing of lipstick and eyeliner.
I watch my mom do this and I just reminisce about the good old days.
The hustle of growing with ladies is a big one.
Best Regards,
Chima.
