The Costs of Freedom

So this might be a flippant way of ending my discussion on freedom, but there are entire volumes of books and literature devoted to the topic, and it's more than I'm going to cover here. That said, there is a lot more to say, and a lot more that I would like to say, so maybe I'll write one of those volumes and add to the global discussion. I'll put it on my list of Things To Do. Now to quit my job so I have the time to do it.

Over the course of the last couple weeks I've had some really good discussion. For Hive account@cmplxty, freedom means being ready to fight for it if needed. Hive account@justinparke views freedom more in terms of financial freedoms and the ability to work for one's self. At the end of the day, both of them are right. Freedom is what we make of it, and sometimes we need to fight for it.
