Este delicioso plato nos dejaba babeando solo al verlo🤤. Les dare la receta simplificada pero en el Link de la imagen encontraran la receta más exacta. Primero debes tener Jamón, Tocineta, Maiz Dulce, Leche y Maizina o Harina de Trigo. Cortas el Jamón en tiras semi-largas y las pones a sofreir en un poco de mantequilla, una vez que bote un poco su sabor, agregas la Tocineta, que previamente cortaste igual que el Jamón, y la sofries junto con el Jamón (mientras más Tocineta, más sabor). Licua la leche para tenerla a la mano para que luego de que la Tocineta se cristalice un poco, se la eches encima (La cantidad que desees, más leche significa más crema). Colocale Adobo o cualquier condimento hasta llegar el sabor que te agrade. Una vez que puebes y te guste el sabor, baja la llama y diluye Maizena o Harina de Trigo en un vaso y colocale un poco y mezcla, hasta que espese a tu gusto y LISTO!!!

First you must have Ham, Bacon, Sweet Corn, Milk and Maizina or Wheat Flour. Cut the ham in semi-long strips and sauté them in a little butter, once the flavor is released, add the bacon, which you previously cut the same way as the ham, and sauté it together with the ham (the more bacon, the more flavor). Blend the milk to have it at hand so that after the Bacon crystallizes a little, pour it on top (the amount you want, more milk means more cream). Add Adobo or any seasoning until you get the flavor you like. Once you taste and like the flavor, lower the flame and dilute some cornstarch or wheat flour in a glass and add a little bit and mix until it thickens to your liking and YOU ARE READY!!
