Я був впевнений, що нова ракетна атака відбудеться, особливо після ганебної поразки в Херсоні. Росія завжди атакує ракетами цивільну інфраструктуру та житлові будинки після кожної поразки на полі бою, як помста українцям за те, що ще й досі хочуть бути вільними та незалежними.
Була думка у деяких експертів про те, що росія готує ракетну атаку саме під час проведення саміту «Групи двадцяти» (G20), що проходить в Індонезії.
Нажаль, так і сталось. Вважаю, що росія просто плюнула в обличчя тим 19 поважним країнам, які зібрались на цьому форумі та підтвердила повну зневагу до них. Я надіюсь, що країни Великої двадцятки нарешті зрозуміють, що таке росія і виключать цю ганебну країну зі свого складу.
Росія не достойна цього поважного світового клубу.

Some experts believed that Russia was preparing a missile attack during the Group of Twenty (G20) summit in Indonesia.
Unfortunately, that's what happened. I believe that Russia simply spat in the face of those 19 respectable countries that gathered at this forum and confirmed its complete contempt for them. I hope that the G20 countries will finally understand what Russia is and exclude this shameful country from their membership.
Russia is not worthy of this prestigious world club.

І якщо Росія каже, що нібито хоче закінчити цю війну, хай доведе це діями. Ми не дамо Росії перечекати, наростити сили, а потім розпочати нову серію терору й глобальної дестабілізації. Не буде жодних «Мінськів-3», які Росія порушить одразу ж після укладання. Є українська формула миру. Миру для України, Європи та світу. І є набір рішень, які можна реалізувати, щоб дійсно гарантувати мир», – вважає президент.
Президент України представив пропозиції таких рішень перед G20 і сказав, що Київ пропонує провідним державам світу бути співтворцями миру разом із Україною:

- Радіаційна та ядерна безпека;
- Продовольча безпека;
- Енергетична безпека;
- Звільнення всіх полонених і депортованих;
- Виконання Статуту ООН і відновлення територіальної цілісності України та світового порядку;
- Виведення російських військ і припинення бойових дій;
- Повернення справедливості;
- Протидія екоциду;
- Недопущення ескалації;
- Фіксація закінчення війни.

The President of Ukraine presented proposals for such solutions to the G20 and said that Kyiv offers the leading states of the world to be co-creators of peace together with Ukraine:

1. Radiation and nuclear safety;
2. Food safety;
3. Energy security;
4. Release of all prisoners and deportees;
5. Implementation of the UN Charter and restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the world order;
6. Withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities;
7. Return of justice;
8. Prevention of ecocide;
9. Prevention of escalation;
10. Fixing the end of the war.
Саміт G-20 – одна з ключових подій року в міжнародній політиці. Україну запросили як гостя. Хоч саміт Великої двадцятки – це, радше, економічний захід ніж політичний, війна в Україні і тут вийшла на перший план.
Саміт G20 на Балі проходить без участі російського диктатора Володимира Путіна: Росію представляв глава МЗС РФ Сергій Лавров. Однак і він опинився в ізоляції: світові лідери вирішили відмовитися від спільного фото із представником Росії. Крім того, під загрозою опинилося підписання спільного комюніке за підсумками саміту, який завершиться 16 листопада. Відмова Москви визнати вторгнення Росії в Україну війною, а себе — агресором може призвести до того, що саміт G20 вперше завершиться без спільної заяви.

Ще задовго до початку саміту багато хто припускав, що саме Індонезія може стати майданчиком для перемовин України та Росії. За дивним збігом напередодні зустрічі світових лідерів Кремль знов почав розігрувати цю карту.
– Росія зараз в особі свого керівництва дуже активно просуває концепцію, що вона готова до переговорів, що вона готова домовлятися, але, очевидно, домовлятися про те, щоби якось закріпити за собою окуповані раніше українські території і, крім того, одержати якийсь перепочинок у війні, – каже політолог-міжнародник Петро Олещук.

Чому путін не поїхав на саміт? Очевидно, перспектива бути знову десь на задвірках – кремлівському диктатору, певно, не до смаку.
– У Кремлі бояться, що путін матиме конфронтацію з іншими учасниками саміту. Що він буде ізольований на певних зустрічах. Також є інформація, що він може отримати від одного з лідерів фізичний ляпас, – каже Станіслав Желіховський.
Щодо результатів першого дня саміту G20, то вони передбачувані. Міжнародне агентство AFP констатує, що «Росія зіткнулася зі зростаючим дипломатичним тиском і вимогами припинити війну в Україні».
Як зазначає агентство, саміт показав, що навіть у союзників РФ «мало терпіння» у зв’язку із намірами Москви продовжувати війну, яка призвела до злету цін на продовольство та енергоносії в усьому світі та породила привид ядерної війни.

As for the results of the first day of the G20 summit, they are predictable. The international agency AFP states that "Russia has faced growing diplomatic pressure and demands to end the war in Ukraine."
As the agency notes, the summit showed that even Russia's allies "have little patience" for Moscow's intentions to continue the war, which has sent food and energy prices skyrocketing around the world and raised the specter of nuclear war.
Як же потрібно зневажати світове співтовариство та ненавидіти Україну, щоб відзначити день відкриття саміту G20 масованим ракетним ударом, під час якого по Україні випущено більше ніж 90 ракет. Знову була частково знищена інфраструктура, загинули мирні люди.

Як на мене, то причини цього удару - маразм, дебілізм, ідіотизм, нікчемність російської влади та росіян, які її підтримують. Нема жодної логіки ,військової доцільності, чергове залякування, терор та прояв всієї глибини власної деградації.
Переживемо, вистоїмо, як і всі попередні рази. Переможемо і все відбудуємо. Слава ЗСУ! Смерть ворогам!
In my opinion, the reasons for this attack are madness, debility, idiocy, the worthlessness of the Russian government and the Russians who support it. There is no logic, no military expediency, yet another intimidation, terror and manifestation of the full depth of one's own degradation.
