Today, I will share my reflections about calls for peace, and the shortcomings of a simplistic view of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Average people make such assessments assuming "by default" that we all roughly live according to the same scale of values. This is the key to a false assessment.
The bearer of one paradigm is sure: any disputes can be resolved through negotiations. In it, the law has the highest power.
The bearer of another paradigm (hint - Russian) knows that only losers and weaklings go to negotiations, therefore they deserve not respect, but punishment and death. In this paradigm, force is the law.
Therefore, you, as a carrier of one paradigm, say one thing, a carrier of another hears something else. Therefore, the result will not be what you expect.
But often such appeals are made primarily for their own benefit. And the peacekeepers are actually worried about how this process will end for them, their countries or their corporations, not for the people of Ukraine.

In fact, there is a simple and perfectly acceptable way to end the war. Russia withdraws troops from the territory of Ukraine and pays reparations. And then comes the peace we all want so much.
Сьогодні я поділюся своїми роздумами на тему закликів до миру, і про недолік спрощеного погляду на російсько-українську війну. Такі оцінки робляться із припущенням "за замовчуванням", що всі ми грубо кажучи живемо за однаковою шкалою цінностей. Це і є запорукою помилкової оцінки.
Носій однієї парадигми впевнений: будь які суперечки можна вирішити переговорами. В ній закон має найвищу силу.
Носій іншої парадигми (підказка - російської) знає, що на переговори йдуть лише невдахи і слабаки, тому вони заслуговують не на повагу, а на покарання і смерть. В цій парадигмі сила - це і є закон.
Тому ви як носій однієї парадигми кажете одне, носій іншої чує інше. Отже, результат буде не таким, якого ви очікуєте.
Але часто такі заклики робляться насамперед задля власної вигоди. І миротворці насправді переймаються, чим цей процес закінчиться для них, їхніх країн чи їхніх корпорацій, а не для народу України.

Насправді, є простий і цілком прийнятний спосіб закінчити війну. Росія забирає війська з території України і відшкодовує збитки. І тоді настає мир, якого ми всі дуже хочемо.
