Привіт! Сьогодні зупинимося на монеті, що присвячена відомому українському та американському художнику Олександру Архипенку.
Виріб з нейзильберу важить 12.8 г, а розмір складає 31 мм. Національний банк випустив 30 тисяч монет. Виріб має рифлений гурт, номінал 2 гривні.
Олександр Архипенко відомий художніми роботами, фотографіями, колажами та іншими напрямками діяльності, наприклад, кубізму. Крім останнього напрямку роботам Архипенка властиве абстрактне мистецтво та авангардизм. Світлини монети Олександр Архипенко із серії “Видатні особистості України”, нейзильбер, 2017 рік використано з офіційного сайту Національного банку України.
Вартість монети у 2017 році була встановлена регулятором на рівні 35 гривень. Сьогодні ж монета з нейзильбру можна придбати за ціною близько 85 гривень.
Реверс. По колу (в нижній частині) викарбувано ім'я та прізвище скульптора. В центральній частині нанесено портрет митця, роки його життя та одну з відомих робіт.
Лицьова сторона. Напис Україна, Герб, рік карбування, номінал нанесено у верхній частині монети з нейзильберу. У правій частині викарбувано лого монетного двору. Основну частину аверсу займають руки скульптора, що працюють над створенням мистецької композиції.

In addition to the latter direction, Arkhipenko's works are characterized by abstract art and avant-garde.
