Привіт! Монета під назвою “Серце віддаю дітям” представлена серією “Видатні особистості України” у 2018 році. Присвячена вона видатному педагогу та письменнику Василю Сухомлинському.
Виріб з нейзильберу вагою 12.8 г має розмір 31 мм. Загальний тираж склав 35 тисяч штук. З них 10 тисяч монет вкладено в сувенірне упакування. Монета має рифлений гурт. Початкова вартість монети була встановлена регулятором на рівні 40 гривень. Нині ж монета коштує понад 200 гривень.
Монета присвячена сторічному ювілею Сухомлинського. Ця дата вважається не просто пам'ятною, а відзначається міжнародною Організацією Об'єднаних націй з питань культури. Василь Сухомлинський є творцем унікальних методик з виховання дітей та молоді, автором багатьох монографій, оповідань, статей та казок. Обидві світлини монети Серце віддаю дітям використані з офіційного сайту фінансового регулятора України.
Реверс. В центральній частині художники монети нанесли напис “віддаю дітям”, що розташований всередині символічного серця. Навколо нього викарбувано ряд символічних зображень з творів видатного педагога.
Лицьова сторона. Основну частину монети займає портрет педагога. Нижче викарбувано роки життя, а у лівій частині ім'я та прізвище. У правій частині від портрета нанесено номінал, а нижче — викарбувано логотип МД. Вище від зображення Сухомлинського нанесено рік введення монети в обіг та Герб.

Hello! The coin entitled "I give my heart to children" is presented by the "Outstanding personalities of Ukraine" series in 2018. It is dedicated to the outstanding teacher and writer Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi.
The nickel silver product weighs 12.8 g and measures 31 mm. The total circulation was 35 thousand pieces. Of these, 10,000 coins are placed in souvenir packaging. The coin has a fluted band. The initial value of the coin was set by the regulator at 40 hryvnias. Today, the coin is worth more than 200 hryvnias.
The coin is dedicated to Sukhomlynsky's centenary. This date is considered not just a memorial, but is marked by the international organization of the United Nations on cultural issues. Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi is the creator of unique methods for raising children and youth, the author of many monographs, stories, articles and fairy tales. Both images of the Heart I Give to Children coin are used from official website of the financial regulator of Ukraine.
Reverse. In the central part of the coin, the artists applied the inscription "I give to the children", which is located inside the symbolic heart. A number of symbolic images from the works of the outstanding teacher are engraved around it.
Front side. The main part of the coin is occupied by the portrait of the teacher. The years of life are engraved below, and the name and surname are engraved on the left side. In the right part of the portrait, the denomination is applied, and the MD logo is engraved below. The year of introduction of the coin into circulation and the Coat of Arms are written above the image of Sukhomlynskyi.
