Всі три монети представлені серією “Духовні скарби України”. Номінал монети з нейзильберу складає 5 гривень, срібла — 20, золота — 100. Загалом виготовлено з нейзильберу 75 тисяч штук, срібла — 4000, золота — 1500.
Томос про автокефалію був отриманий у 2019 році. Цей релігійно-правовий документ надав Київській митрополії статус незалежної та самокерованої Церкви. Неординарна подія відбулася в січні, а вже у березні 2019 року Національний банк представив 3 монети різного номіналу в серії “Духовні скарби України”.
У 2019 році монета з золота реалізувалась за ціною 48 тисяч гривень, а у 2023 (за даними Вікіпедії) зросла до 98 тисяч. Насправді ж, вартість складає понад 100 тисяч (2700 доларів США). Враховуючи обмежений тираж, оголошень про продаж мало. Світлини монети використані з головної сторінки Національного банку України. Варто зазначити, що над створенням монет з нейзильберу та дорогоцінних металів працювала одна команда художників, але різні скульптори. Розглянемо зовнішній вигляд монети з золота.
Реверс. Центральну частину реверсу монети з дорогоцінного металу займає Вселенський Патріарх Варфоломій і відповідний напис зроблено в нижній частині. У верхній частині нанесено напис про благословіння автокефальної української церкви.
Лицьова сторона. Основну частину реверсу займає Софіївський собор, що зображений на тлі собору в Стамбулі (місце підписання релігійного документа). В нижній частині викарбувано номінал (100), зображено Герб та напис Україна. У верхній частині викарбувано напис, що нагадує нам про довгий шлях визнання української церкви. У правій частині від центрального купола собору нанесено рік карбування (2019), а зліва — дату хрещення Русі. Виріб має гладкий гурт.

In the upper part, an inscription is engraved, which reminds us of the long way of recognition of the Ukrainian Church. In the right part of the central dome of the cathedral, the year of minting (2019) is inscribed, and on the left - the date of the Kievan Rus. The product has a smooth band.
