11 годин поїздом, 7 годин автобусом, 2 години електричками, 26 годин мікроавтобусом і 8 годин автомобілем і ось я з дітьми прибула на своє місце призначення.
Це - наш тимчасовий прихисток, який гарантує нам мирне небо над головою. Це невелике містечко Plestin les Greves на півночі Франції, поблизу з Lannion, де ми також зупинялися.
Виїзд з Варшави у Францію виявився складним. У Варшаві (та й загалом Польщі) вже дуже багато українців. Поїзди у Францію давно переповнені, на безкоштовний квиток на літак такою складно претендувати через велику кількість бажаючих (можна застрягнути у Польщі надовго, якщо хочете цей квиток). А ось автобуси (а точніше, буси) не такі поширені серед охочих виїхати з Варшави у Францію. Крім того, ми знайшли бус не зовсім у Париж, куди як магнітом тягне всіх українців. Ми їхали у місто Clermont Ferrant, а точніше, в Bort les Orgues. Я не обирала саме цю точку, вона мені була не дуже вигідна, але я погодилась на цей автобус, аби він мене привіз у Францію.
11 hours by train, 7 hours by bus, 2 hours by train, 26 hours by minibus and 8 hours by car and here I am with the children arrived at their destination.
This is our temporary shelter, which guarantees us a peaceful sky above our heads. This is a small town Plestin les Greves in the north of France, near Lannion, where we also stayed.
Departure from Warsaw to France was difficult. There are already many Ukrainians in Warsaw (and Poland in general). Trains to France have long been overcrowded, it is so difficult to claim a free plane ticket due to the large number of people (you can get stuck in Poland for a long time if you want this ticket). But buses (or rather, buses) are not so common among those wishing to leave Warsaw for France. In addition, we found a bus not quite in Paris, where it attracts all Ukrainians like a magnet. We went to the city of Clermont Ferrant, or rather, to Bort les Orgues. I did not choose this point, it was not very profitable for me, but I agreed to this bus to bring me to France.

Французи влаштували дуже теплий прийом. Нас їхало всього 15 українців, деякі з пасажирів вийшли в Clermont Ferrant. І ось ту невелику кількість прибувших в Bort les Orgues зустрічало десь до 30 волонтерів. Це були медики, перекладачі, журналісти, представники місцевої влади. Вони приготували житло для всіх бажаючих, хоч виявилось, що у всіх пасажирів вже було домовлене заздалегідь житло, приготували вечерю, пропонували надати медичну допомогу одразу, якщо хтось її потребує. В мене взяли "інтерв'ю" для місцевої газети, зробили фотографії.
The French gave a very warm welcome. We were accompanied by only 15 Ukrainians, some of the passengers boarded the Clermont Ferrant. And that small number of those who came to Bort les Orgues were met by about 30 volunteers. These were doctors, translators, journalists, local government officials. They prepared accommodation for everyone, although it turned out that all the passengers had already arranged accommodation in advance, prepared dinner, offered to provide medical care immediately if someone needed it. I was "interviewed" for a local newspaper, photos were taken.

Після цього я з дітьми прибула в Lannion, тому що тут живе знайома мені сім'я, які мені дуже допомагають. Вони забрали нас аж з Bort les Orgues, подолавши 1600 кілометрів в обидві сторони! Нам знайшли прекрасне житло в Plestin les Greves.
After that, I came to Lannion with my children, because a family I know lives here and they help me a lot. They took us all the way from Bort les Orgues, covering 1,600 kilometers in both directions! We found a wonderful accommodation in Plestin les Greves.

В маленькі міста, не такі розкручені, як Ніцца чи Париж, не приїжджає ніхто, особливо, якщо сюди дуже далеко їхати. Але тут дуже тепло і щиро приймають. Власниця нашого житла живе в сусідньому будинку. Вона вивісила прапор України зі словами "Слава Україні!" в дворі!
Nobody comes to small cities that are not as popular as Nice or Paris, especially if you have to travel very far. But here it is very warmly and sincerely accepted. The owner of our house lives next door. She hoisted the flag of Ukraine with the words "Glory to Ukraine!" in the yard!

А ще люди вивчили фразу "Ласкаво просимо додому", якою нас зустрічали. Все це дуже приємно і щиро, але всі ми розуміємо, чому тут опинилися, і нічого радісного тут немає...
And people learned the phrase "Welcome home", which greeted us. All this is very nice and sincere, but we all understand why we were here, and there is nothing joyful here ...
Наш прихисток // Our shelter
Я вражена французьким прийомом. Тут дуже гарно, як у казці. Шкода, що я не знаю мови. також не пощастило з інтернетом, потрібно його якось організрвувати, тому що я досі на обмеженому роумінгу life, а з ним далеко не зайдеш у роботі онлайн. Та все це спробую вирішити найближчим часом, як і оформлення документів.
I am impressed by the French reception. It's very beautiful here, like in a fairy tale. It's a pity I don't know the language. I'm also unlucky with the Internet, I need to organize it somehow, because I'm still on limited life roaming, and you can't go online with it. But I will try to solve all this in the near future, as well as registration of documents.
