Почнемо з позиції катоф.
Дана позиція передостання перед самої вигідної позиції у грі. Якщо порівняти її з середніми та ранніми позиціями, то кількість пар карт для захоу в гру, значно збільшено. Це все через те, що ми маємо інформацію щодо дій (ставок) наших опонентів перед нами.
Позиція (батон).
Нарешті найвигідніша позиція у грі. Дуже широкий діапазон рук (майже 50% до відкриття). Дана позиція вигідна не тільки у префлопі, а й у подальшій роздачі. Адже ви завжди будете робити хід останній і знати дії ваших суперників.
Приведу приклад:
Гравець на середній позиції отримав при роздачі A10o (туз-десять різномасні). Перед ним один гравець зробив мінімальне підвищення. В нього дилема: по чарту дані карти граничні і з ними потрібно заходити в гру, але при ставці опонента таку руку захистити не просто. Перед нами гравець зайшов у гру (зробив опен рейз), по чарту ми робимо кол (урівнюємо). Але якщо після нас ще одне підвищення, ми пасуємо.
На батоні, на відміну від середньої позиції, ми вже бачимо дії усіх опонентів. І якщо ті ж A9o зайшли на цю позицію, прийняти рішення буде легже, адже інформації про гравців за столом буде більше у порівнянні зі середньою позицією, що допоможе зберегти або примножити фішки.
Про додаткові переваги позиції батон буду писати у постфлоп темах. На даному етапі цього достатньо.
Трішки термінології на префлопі:
Опен рейз - це коли гравець робить перше підняття у роздачі.
Лімп - гравець заходить у роздачу зрівнюючи ставку без підняття
Фолд - скинути карти
3-бет - підняття ставки після опен рейз
Ол-ін - поставити всі фішки

A little terminology on the preflop:
Open raise is when a player makes the first raise in the hand. Limp - a player enters the hand by equalizing the bet without raising Fold - fold cards
3-bet - raising the bet after the open raise
All-in - put all the chips
