I still remember the day when I took my post-graduation (master's degree) from Ukraine. Our graduation ceremony was simple and that was given by our university. We didn't have any private parties or graduation parties because the number of foreign students was more than 5%. So, only Ukrainian students were arranged their private party where we were not invited. On the other hand, our classmates were not interested so we have just done a basic photoshoot to celebrate our post-graduation day.
Here Indian community is big because every year many Indian students come here to study Medicine. So, their community is big and they all stay together. Recently, my boyfriend got the opportunity to host their Graduation Private Party and I was invited to. I have never attended a party like this before and it was arranged by their community leader.
Anyway, as it was a private party for the student who finally graduated after 6 years of studying medicine. Basically, it was Doctor's graduation party and certificate given ceremony.
The company booked a nice party hall for the ceremony and teachers, students both were there. Basically, the agent who brought these students from India threw this party. I must say that the arrangement was pretty good.
Let's talk about food, there was both Indian and Ukrainian cuisine and the food was delicious too. But I don't eat pork so I had to avoid non-veg food and only had to eat Vegetables and Salads.
The party hall was 2 storied with double-height space and a dance floor. So, after the ceremony, there was a DJ party too...
Drinks were unlimited and I drank red wine mostly...
Also took pictures in this area, it was an interesting space to take pictures...
I was silent because everybody was unknown to me. I am not familiar with the Indian community.
After dinner, the real party started and people started dancing with Bollywood beat. Most students were from Punjab Province and Tamil Naru province if I am not wrong so the choice of the music was mostly Tamil and Punjabi songs. Students went crazy and some of them were already so drunk that they couldn't even control themselves.
I was the observer and only enjoyed seeing the party. I am not a party lover and I only join few parties if it is necessary, so yo might have already understood what kind of boring person I am...
Until next time... Have a nice day everyone...
