Дивуюсь, що багато людей в окупованому Маріуполі і справді чекали на прихід росії. Звичайно, в основному, це люди старшого покоління, які неймовірно ностальгують за своєю молодістю в радянському союзі. До чого призвела така ностальгія в сусідній росії - тепер бачить весь світ. Заради воскресіння гнилого трупа радянської імперії росія пішла війною не лише проти України, а й кинула виклик усьому демократичному світу.
I am surprised that many people in occupied Mariupol were really waiting for the arrival of russia. Of course, these are mostly people of the older generation who are incredibly nostalgic for their youth in the Soviet Union. The whole world is now seeing what such nostalgia has led to in the population of neighboring russia. For the sake of resurrecting the rotten corpse of the Soviet empire, russia went to war not only against Ukraine, but also challenged the entire democratic world.
Тим часом, окупований Маріуполь вже 5 місяців живе в новій реальності. 5 місяців, які розділяють колись процвітаюче, тепле, освітлене, затишне приморське місто від руїн. Це фото з назвою ігрового клубу "портал" ілюструє нам проходження крізь цей вимір часу і реальності.
Meanwhile, occupied Mariupol has been living in a new reality for 5 months. 5 months that separate the once prosperous, warm, lit, cozy seaside town from the ruins. This photo with the name of the gaming club "portal" illustrates for us the passage through this dimension of time and reality.
Зруйновані будинки без газу, світла та водопостачання. На околицях міста та в прибережній зоні досі лежать тіла вбитих людей, які під впливом високої температури і часу вже перетворились на скелети. Місцеві, які пізнали ад війни, ходять вулицями, навіть не звертаючи уваги на ці "символи російського визволення". Трупний запах у місті зараз хоч якось нівелює лише морський бриз.
Ruined houses without gas, electricity and water supply. On the outskirts of the city and in the coastal area, the bodies of murdered people are still lying, which have already turned into skeletons under the influence of high temperature and time. Locals who have experienced the hell of war walk the streets without even paying attention to these "symbols of russian liberation." The corpse smell in the city is now somehow neutralized only by the sea breeze.
Життя у колись заможному місті перетворилось на виживання. Люди готують їжу на кострах, цілими днями стоять в чергах за бодай якимись продуктами, або наймаються на роботу за харчовий пайок.
Life in the once wealthy city has turned into survival. People cook food on bonfires, stand in queues for whole days for at least some food, or are hired to clear rubble in order to receive food rations.
Відомий тепер на увесь світ завод "Азовсталь" ще досі димить від багатомісячних бомбардувань. На цьому металургійному підприємстві було зав'язано півміста, більше 200000 людей працювали на ньому або в обслуговуючих завод підприємствах. Завод перед війною пройшов сучасну модернізацію, а рівень заробітніх плат на ньому був ледь не найбільшим в Україні. Тепер це це все руїни.
The now world-famous Azovstal plant is still smoking from months of bombing. Half a city was tied up at this metallurgical enterprise, more than 200,000 people worked at it or in the enterprises serving the plant. Before the war, the factory underwent modern modernization, and the level of wages was almost the highest in Ukraine. Now it's all ruins.
Так виглядає "рускій мір", який принесла росія на українську землю. Світ, в якому немає місця процвітанню, благополуччю, естетиці та любові. Це світ-концтабір, де кожен виживає як може, де запах смерті та руїни стають буденщиною.
This is what the "russian measure" looks like, which russia brought to Ukrainian soil. A world in which there is no place for prosperity, well-being, aesthetics and love. This is a concentration camp world where everyone survives as best they can, where the smell of death and ruins become commonplace.
Чи з'явиться світло у цьому російському мороку смерті, жорстокості та деградації - важко сказати. Тепер це залежить не лише від України, а й усього цивілізованого світу. Ми боремось на межі можливостей, наші герої кладуть свої світлі життя на цій війні проти російських загарбників лише для того, аби черговий знищений Маріуполь не з'явився на українській землі.
It is difficult to say whether the light will appear in this russian darkness of death, cruelty and degradation. Now it depends not only on Ukraine, but also on the whole civilized world. We are fighting on the edge of possibilities, our heroes are putting their lives on the line in this war against the russian invaders just so that another destroyed Mariupol does not appear on Ukrainian soil.
росія окупант і країна терорист. Це ракова пухлина на тілі цивілізації, яку потрібно знищити, аби вона не знищила наш світ.
