I can't stay completely silent on this one.
The actions performed and the attitudes shown are absolutely horrendous - and the evidences are overwhelming. Still, I politely disagree that all Russians are responsible. There are Russians sitting in jail at home for trying to protest against this madness - are they also to blame? There are Russians outside Russia that have chosen to flee from Russia - are they also to blame? It's a fallacy to blame the whole population for actions done by one person or a group of persons - regardless of how horrendous said actions are.
One of the reasons such atrocities can happen is that those scumbags seriously believes that "all Ukrainians are nazists and untermensch". By promoting the idea that all Russians are responsible for those actions, you're indirectly promoting the idea that similar actions can be done against Russians, just because they are Russians.
