How to stop 300,000 of Putin's first new reservists on their way to Ukraine?

Putin gave the task to send at least 100,000 reservists to Ukraine within two to three weeks. What shall I do?

1. Ukraine should publicly announce a new strategy based on the extraterritorial right of Ukrainians to self-defense. This is the strategy of Ukraine (supported by the West with adequate weapons) in relation to the unconditional right to eliminate the points of attack on Ukraine from the territory of Crimea, Belarus, Russia, as well as the destruction of military depots and manpower of the enemy heading to Ukraine in the border areas. The main thing for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is to have the right and technical ability to destroy the enemy and equipment on the border territories of Russia, Belarus and Crimea at their concentration points. That is, the majority of reservists must remain forever on the enemy's land.
2. If the attacks of Russians on critical infrastructure objects continue, then Ukraine must also publicly declare its unconditional right to symmetrical actions in relation to critical infrastructure objects of Crimea, Russia and Belarus, including transport infrastructure objects, especially railway hubs . Moreover, the West must immediately, prior to the declarative inclusion of Ukrainian lands in Russia, reinforce this right with appropriate weapons - Hymers and rockets that reach targets at a distance of 300-500 km. You need to start with a hundred ATACM missiles, as well as a dozen Pershings.
   Points 1 and 2 solve two problems: the first - fewer reservists will reach Ukraine, it is desirable that more than half remain in the fields and forests of Rashi, the second - the fear of being mobilized. If now only 50% of Rashists have a chance to return home alive, then after completing points 1 and 2, the chances of surviving the war with Ukraine will decrease to 20-25%! That is, out of 300,000 reservists, only 50,000 - 75,000 will return home. All Rashists and especially reservists should know about this.
3. Disconnect all Rashi banks, including the central bank, from Swift.
4. To confiscate all balances of dollars and euros in the accounts of all Russian banks.
5. To introduce an anti-war duty on all Russian exports in the amount of 35%.
6. Introduce an anti-war discount in the amount of 50% from the world prices for the export of crude oil (but not more than 40 dollars per barrel of oil), and half of the difference between the world and the actual sales price will go to a special international aid fund for Ukraine - to finance the Armed Forces, development the Ukrainian economy and the financing of the budget deficit of Ukraine.
   Items 3 - 6 will significantly limit the ability to organize mobilization quickly and massively. At least the chaos in the banking system will not contribute to mobilization, and the limitation of income from oil exports will in turn limit the number of mobilized workers - no more than 500,000.
7. We need a few more bright victories at the front. For example, the fastest way to liberate iconic cities: Kherson, Lysychansk, Liman..., in which the Rashists are holding "referendums"...
   Item 7 demoralizes Rashi's political and military leadership. The mode may falter.
   Mobilization in Russia must be taken very seriously. This is a new challenge for the Armed Forces, which should be urgently strengthened with new reserves and new weapons. I predict that in a month at least 100,000 Russian reservists will be on the front lines in Ukraine. Imagine, if the Armed Forces will destroy 1,000 racist soldiers each (now 200-300), then it will take almost a year to eliminate 300,000 reservists! But I am sure that there will not be 300,000, but about a million! That is, it will take three years to dispose of them. Moreover, I do not rule out that this biomass (horde), together with the risk of using nuclear tactical weapons, will even have local successes in Ukraine.
   Therefore, Ukraine and the West must fundamentally change the strategy of the war with Russia. There is no time to think. Real changes for the better should begin within a week. In my opinion, anti-personnel shells for Hymers, western tanks and aircraft will be clear markers of these changes. We will believe and hope for help.
