Привіт! Маю хатинку в селі й постійно переймаюся її безпекою, адже живу в ній кілька місяців лише влітку. Сподіваюсь та вірю в те, що злодюжки не залізуть за побутовою технікою, кухонним приладдям та речами. Про такі випадки чую постійно, навіть на свої вулиці, де будинки пустують. Та надії й віри замало, правда ж?

Щоб захистити будиночок від зловмисників зробив кілька важливих кроків. Про них по черзі.

Безпека. Ділянка огороджена високим парканом. На території бігає два песики. Нещодавно охорону посилив вівчаркою. На будинку встановлено три камери відеоспостереження (муляж). Також є одна дієва камера прихованого спостереження, та вона увімкнена не завжди (іноді забуваю сплатити за інтернет). Витратив чимало грошей на якісні дверні замки. Та цього всього мені виявилося замало.

Дипломатія та комунікація. Незалежно від вподобань підтримую добрі стосунки з сусідами. Назвемо це дипломатію. У випадку надзвичайної події обов'язково отримаю сигнал від них. Крім того, одна сім'я приглядає за будинком, звичайно, за невеличку винагороду. Сусіди знають, що я все життя працював старшим слідчим з особливо важливих справ в обласній прокуратурі й швидко розповсюдили цю інформацію серед місцевих. А правда це, чи мій хитрий план, то вже зовсім інша справа. Але хлопці з кримінальним минулим та інші дотепер обходили будинок стороною.

Інвестиції. Підтримка будинку потребує постійних й чималих капіталовкладень, починаючи від дрібного ремонту й закінчуючи комунальними платіжками.

Можливо я щось пропустив, та в цілому розповів усе. І розповів це не для того, щоб викликати у вас захоплення собою.

Я виконав просту роботу, яку повинен був зробити для забезпечення безпеки власної домівки. Виконав те, що підказав мені здоровий глузд, досвід, врахування обставин нинішньої ситуації. Ну правда ж, нічого складного! Так робить чи намагається зробити кожен. А чому я все це зробив? Тому що не чекаю допомоги третьої сторони й розумію — проблемам значно легше запобігти, чим боротися з їх наслідками. А ще вся ця робота виконана з тієї причини, що я хочу залишитися в цьому будинку пізніше, в майбутньому. Я не жалкую коштів на його утримання. І ці засади забезпечення безпеки власної домівки залишаються в цілому стандартними незалежно від її площі. Я лише проводжу деякі паралелі й, думаю, тут все зрозуміло.

Hello! I have a small house in the village and I am constantly worried about its safety, because I live in it for several months only in the summer. I hope and believe that thieves will not steal household appliances, kitchen utensils and things. I hear about such cases all the time, even on my streets, where houses are empty. But hope and faith are not enough, right?

To protect the house from intruders, he took several important steps. About them in turn.

Security. The site is surrounded by a high fence. Two dogs are running on the territory. Recently, the security was strengthened with a sheepdog. There are three video surveillance cameras (dummy) installed on the house. There is also one effective hidden surveillance camera, but it is not always turned on (sometimes I forget to pay for the Internet). Spent a lot of money on quality door locks. But all this was not enough for me.

Diplomacy and communication. Regardless of my preferences, I maintain good relations with my neighbors. Let's call it diplomacy. In the event of an emergency, I will certainly receive a signal from them. In addition, one family looks after the house, of course, for a small fee. Neighbors know that all my life I worked as a senior investigator on particularly important cases in the regional prosecutor's office, and they quickly spread this information among the locals. But whether it is true or my cunning plan, that is a completely different matter. But guys with a criminal past and others avoided the house until now.

Investments. Home maintenance requires constant and substantial capital investments, starting from small repairs and ending with utility bills.

Maybe I missed something, but in general I told everything. And I did not tell this in order to make you admire yourself.

I did the simple job I had to do to keep my own home safe. I did what my common sense, experience, and the circumstances of the current situation told me. Well, the truth is, nothing complicated! This is what everyone does or tries to do. And why did I do all this? Because I do not wait for help from a third party and understand that it is much easier to prevent problems than to deal with their consequences. And all this work is done for the reason that I want to stay in this house later, in the future. I do not spare the money for his maintenance. And these principles of ensuring the safety of one's own home remain generally standard, regardless of its area. I'm just drawing some parallels, and I think everything is clear here.
