Більше місяця тому соцмережі облетіло відео, де маленький хлопчик на сільському ганку натхненно виконує Гімн Січових Стрільців 'Ой, у лузі Червона калина'. Неймовірне виконання малюком такої важливої для всього нашого народу пісні, особливо в час війни з російськими загарбниками, вразило душу до сліз. Як виявилось пізніше, - не тільки мені. Зірки української сучасної музики підхопили естафету і записали спільний відеоролик цього переможного гімну. І ми тепер щодня маємо змогу чути по основних теле- та радіоканалах цю прекрасну пісню.

The incredible performance of such an important song for all our people, especially during the war with the Russian invaders, moved the soul to tears. As it turned out later - not just me. The stars of Ukrainian modern music picked up the baton and recorded a joint video of this victorious anthem. And now we have the opportunity to hear this beautiful song on the main TV and radio channels every day.

Захотілося узнати про цього хлопчика більше, адже і наші внуки в такому віці дуже полюбляли виконувати різні пісні України. Виявилось, що хлопчика звати Леонард Буша,- Лео, Леон. Війна застала його сім'ю вдома, а жили вони в Ірпені. Після підступного нападу росії на нашу землю 24 лютого сім'я виїхала подалі від обстрілів, друзі допомогли їм з переїздом на захід. Де, власне, Леон і заспівав цей переможний гімн, використавши замість гітари дощечку. А тато хлопчика відзняв виконання на відео, для сімейного архіву, і виклав у соцмережах під написом: 'Війна триває. Пісня ллється. Перемога близько'.
I wanted to know more about this boy, because our grandchildren at this age loved to sing different songs of Ukraine. It turned out that the boy's name was Leonard Bush - Leo, Leon. The war found his family at home, and they lived in Irpen. After Russia's insidious attack on our land on February 24, the family moved away from the shelling, and friends helped them move west. Where, in fact, Leon sang this triumphant anthem, using a plate instead of a guitar. And the boy's father filmed the performance on video, for the family archive, and posted it on social media under the caption: 'The war continues. The song is pouring. Victory is near '.

Зовсім недавно моє серце знову було приємно вражене. Наш улюблений співак, Славко Вакарчук, виступав з концертом прямо на станції метро 'Золоті ворота' у Києві. І як же щемно було побачити на початку концерту нашого маленького співака, нашого великого українця, - Леонард на цей раз заспівав пісню Океану Ельзи 'Не твоя війна'! І хоча сам хлопчик не був присутній на концерті, але його пісня лунала з екрану сцени, наче він був поруч з нашими зірками. Підхоплена 'Океаном Ельзи' пісня звучала, як ніколи, вразливо, після такого заспіву.
Маленьке серце Лео ще не до кінця розуміє значення слів пісень. Але хлопчик вже знає, що таке війна... Після визволення Київщини від окупантів його сім'ї вдалося побачити фото своєї квартири. Так, вікна там потрощені, і повертатися додому ще зарано. Але головне - не поламана їх величезна любов до рідної землі, яку вони виховали у своїх дітях. Низький уклін вам, нехай діти виростуть у мирній, процвітаючій Україні!!!
Most recently, my heart was pleasantly struck again. Our favorite singer, Slavko Vakarchuk, performed right at the Golden Gate metro station in Kyiv. And how sad it was to see at the beginning of the concert our little singer, our great Ukrainian - this time Leonard sang the song Ocean of Elsa 'Not your war'! And although the boy himself was not present at the concert, but his song was heard from the stage screen, as if he were next to our stars. The song picked up by 'Ocean of Elsa' sounded more vulnerable than ever after such a chant.
Leo's little heart still doesn't fully understand the meaning of the lyrics. But the boy already knows what war is ... After the liberation of Kyiv region from the occupiers, his family managed to see a photo of his apartment. Yes, the windows there are broken, and it's too early to go home. But the main thing is that their great love for the native land, which they brought up in their children, is not broken. A low bow to you, let the children grow up in a peaceful, prosperous Ukraine !!!
