It’s been a long time since my last post in this community. I send you my warmest regards and respect.
Let me tell you, my daughter Amber is about to start elementary school, and these past few days have been a whirlwind for us. To explain the title a bit, I’ll tell you that before I had kids, I used to think parents were often way over the top when it came to showing off their kids—every milestone, event, or school presentation. And what really bugged me was how they treated the preschool graduation as some kind of “trend,” with all the fanfare and pomp and circumstance, hahaha—people without kids have no idea!
Now that I have my daughter, many of those thoughts have changed radically—especially when you see how, little by little, your children grow up and gain knowledge to the point where you’re often surprised by their ability to react to situations, which often teaches them valuable life lessons. I speak from personal experience. What I’m getting at is that I’m not just here to share a glimpse of my life through motherhood; it’s also a way to express that feeling that makes my heart swell with such immense pride—so much so that it feels like it might burst—when I see my daughter at the end of each project, confident in herself, absorbing knowledge, and happy in her classroom alongside her classmates. and I celebrate this because I know there are also very different motherhoods where perhaps they cannot experience the same thing, which is why I embrace, admire, and respect them deeply
A couple of days ago, all the parent representatives and the teachers planned a photo shoot where we all got together and shared that sense of pride seeing them dressed in their caps and gowns, as well as filming a few videos with some TikTok ideas. I must emphasize that, thank God, I am able to share this with parents who are actively involved in supporting their children’s academic achievements, engaging in every school project, and reinforcing the work of their teachers—who do an excellent job—because being an educator in these times and having a true calling is truly admirable. Here are some photos I’d like to share with you.
A new phase in elementary school is coming up. I hope I’m mentally prepared so I don’t lose my peace of mind, haha, because I’ll have to brush up on what I know and learn new things—that’s what life is all about; you learn something new every day. I hope to be able to share more and be more active on the platform during the final months of this wonderful phase that’s about to come to an end.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to read this, and I hope to see you again soon.
